The pharmacy staff is always so kind and helpful. La Tasha went above and beyond today and helped me with some difficulties regarding a prescription. She also helped other customers and the drive thru at the same time making everything run smoothly. Thanks again!! By far the best Walgreens experience I’ve had - and I have been a long time customer!

I'm extremely frustrated with the service at the pharmacy. Initially, they confirmed my prescription was ready upon arrival, only to tell me they didn't have it in stock and made me wait in line again so they could call another pharmacy. The attitude was unfriendly, to say the least. They then instructed me to drive 4 miles away to another pharmacy. Just as I was about to leave, I questioned if that pharmacy would indeed have it, to which they assured me it would. However, considering the time constraints with the pharmacy closing soon, it's highly unlikely they'll be able to fill my prescription in time. This lack of respect for people's time is unacceptable.

Place a delivery order...only received 3 out of 11 items. Will have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I rarely give reviews ..n specially a bad one ... old lady is so arrogant.. she doesnt listen to what the customer is asking both ladies one was at the counter and other is the manager ..both of them were very rude when we went to pickup our fedex order they have no clue what to ask or how to help customers Very bad service Old lady was Making faces

Today I came by to pick up my photos, the minute I walked in I was scolded by two ladies. Thinking nothing of it. I was rudely asked what my name was under my photos, which I provided. Rhonda being extremely rude and asking me very disrespectfully if I had it under a different name. She was very impatient the minute I walked in. I will not be returning to this location. If anything I can see I’m not the first customer to experience this at this location.

I can’t believe the rudeness of this women Lori, after I’ve been told that she can do passport photos until 8 pm, I drove home pick up my son, got to the store at 5 pm and she came to the counter to tell me she can’t take pictures to come back in 30 minutes. Really? What happened to customer service? You turn around customers because you just don’t feel like doing your job that minute? Do yourself a favor and avoid this location!

At 35 weeks pregnant, I came in today to drop off a large package for FedEx. I was very rudely spoken to by two individuals, Kathy & Lori. They told me multiple times how I needed my label & how the box wasn’t packaged. I reassured them that I had the label & just didn’t have tape if they had some or if I could buy some. Thankfully, Valerie from the McGinnis Walgreens was helping out at this store today. She approached me, offered to tape up my box and the shipping label for me, was shocked they made me buy my own tape, and congratulated me on my pregnancy. While kindly Valerie assisted me, the individuals mentioned above whispered behind the desk and rolled their eyes at me and the other associate helping me.
