“As someone with English Bulldogs, I am very particular about where I take them. Creekside Animal Hospital has been SO good to me and my babies. They have provided excellent care and knowledge with a level of compassion that many vets lack. I can tell that they truly care about my pups and are not just trying to push unnecessary things for monetary gain. The front desk workers answer the phone right away and are kind and professional, the assistants/techs that come in the room give my pups so much love, and both vets that I have met (Dr. Julie Knudsen and Dane Knudsen) have taken their time with me - making sure they hear and address any concerns I may have. 100% recommend!”

“There was a mixup processing my dog’s heart worm test. I called customer service for help and the rep researched the issue. She apologized profusely saying she was embarrassed over the mishandling of the heart worm culture and sent several coupons including a coupon for a free retest and vowed to communicate the problem with field management. It was refreshing to interact with a company that takes ownership of mistakes. All companies have mishaps from time to time. How a company responds to a complaint separates the great companies from the good ones. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she earned an A plus.”
“My dog was so sick and they tried to help her but she passed away with me at home. I just wish the Vet that helped us would have called me to say something, Anything. The care was very good but as a nurse I understand empathy”

“I was very impressed with South Forsyth Animal Hospital. I needed the services of a USDA accredited veterinarian to give my two cats their USDA exam in order to travel with them to Europe. Dr. Merz (veterinarian) and Paige (veterinary technician) were incredibly helpful, kind, and thorough in performing the exams and pulling together the travel paperwork. Preparing these USDA medical reports and travel documents is difficult work and any mistakes can result in your pet not being allowed to ship. So I was very glad to have such an experienced team performing the work. My whole experience with this animal hospital was outstanding and I warmly recommend them.”
“Sadly this veterinary clinic does not take any new patients but if you're one of the lucky ones to have secured a relationship with the veterinarians here, then consider yourself fortunate. The only drawback is that they don't take appointments. They do have a fast track service for quick things like allergy shots but if you need to see the veterinarian you will have to sign in and wait...and wait. But that's okay, because it was totally worth it! I had actually been elsewhere and my older dog was diagnosed with kidney disease. I was told he needed IV fluids once a month and was charged what felt like a hefty fee for some bloodwork. When I came here, Dr. Aaron took her time with me and my dog. She offered me many suggestions on dog food and treat ideas and also gave me a medication for him to help his kidneys. She also had his kidney function repeated and she reviewed all the labs with me. She also said there was no reason for me to get IV fluids for him once a month, saving me so much time and money. I figured I was about to drop some more serious coin but to my astonishment in a good way, I left paying about a third of the price. I just am so impressed with this place! I seriously am so fortunate to have a place that I can trust and that doesn't gouge your wallet every time you go. I see why they have so many faithful families that keep coming back here. If they ever start allowing new patients again, jump on this. And again, if you're one of the lucky ones, hold this place dear to your heart as I do.”

“This was my first visit to the practice . I called on a somewhat emergency basis . We had recently moved to the area and had not set up a new , closer option for our dogs needs . They were so accommodating and were able to see my daughter’s elderly dog with some disturbing sudden issues. Everyone was so sweet and understanding, from my first call through the entire visit . The staff seem to love their jobs and that makes a difference when it come to attitude.
