I wanted to thank Mathew at the Verizon store inside the Collection for his excellent customer service! He was patient with my lack of technology skills and I left a happy customer! It’s so nice to know quality customer service still exists.

Marline Toussaint was wonderful. Helped me clear up an issue caused by Verizon Customer Support (which they failed to resolve themselves), processed 2 phone upgrades, and reduced my monthly bill all w/in an hour. Always have had a great experience w/ this store but this was above and beyond. Thanks!

I need to cancel a line on my account and went to Dawsonville Verizon store and when I walked in the acted like I was bothering them and told me to just call customer service. Never pulled up my account or tried assisting me. I tried another store off exit 13 in the Collection parking lot. This store went above and beyond in helping cancel the line and getting a credit for the phone and back months that the phone was not used. If you need any assistance definitely go see Hashim. He had a wonderful customer service manner and helped lower our bill with all the things that was extra and not necessary due to extra things not being used.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any service. 15 years I was with Verizon. Get new phones through a promotion in December 2023. Complete liars. I was charged 3x the amount advertised. Lakendall was the sales rep. Liar. Only after inputting a Verizon employee discount did the discounts advertised apply. Discount rolled off at 12 months (didn’t disclose that). Dropped Verizon after the sales person said “I can not help you with the bill, go to T-Mobile they will help you”. Don’t be fooled by these people. They will not uphold anything they’re advertising and then over charge you. Go to an actual corporate Verizon store. These people work on commissions and are 3rd party retailers. No Verizon support can be given. AWFUL. Go to T-Mobile. Great people and honest.

STOPPED BY TO GET ASSISTANCE WITH MY WIFE'S NEW PHONE. AFTER SPEAKING WITH HASH, I DECIDED TO UPGRADE MY PHONE WHILE WE WERE THERE. HASH WAS PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEGEABLE AND HE MADE IT VERY EASY FOR US TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. THIS WAS THE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE RECIEVED, FROM ANY COMPANY, IN QUITE SOME TIME. WE WERE IN AND OUT IN NO TIME. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH HASH!
