I bought a iPad 10 generation and the screen was kind of big. Came back to return this one and get a iPad mini and I find out that they have a packaging fee. Ridiculous packaging fee that I have to pay. Never mind. I’ll go to the Apple Store to buy my product instead of here.

I've had Verizon for over 20 years they are usually more expensive than the other carriers but their service is always good the signals are always good regardless of the area you're in. The staff at this one has been very helpful every time I've gone

Evan was great! Very knowledgeable and patient, helped my husband and I find the best options for us quickly and was able to explain things thoroughly while still being patient and not make us feel rushed even though it was a busy time right before Christmas.

Waited half an hour for associate who claimed my visit to finish with another transaction - he stopped multiple others from taking over.Returned for something else a few weeks later, no holiday hours posted but store still closed half an hour after due to open.I normally insist on corporate Verizon as opposed to authorized sellers for service quality, but this one is rough.Update: funny that the reply welcomed me to come back. I had to go back earlier the same day of the reply to deliver a trade-in phone. Again, store was still shuttered long after scheduled to open. Once I was able to go in, I waited close to an hour while an employee nonchalantly stared at a frozen screen while trying to wipe the device, eventually ended up troubleshooting and correcting the issue myself because he was doing nothing. I tried to discreetly hint about the delay by apologizing for occupying his time - his response? "It's been crazy here lately, I don't mind the break".

I came in to upgrade my phone. The sales gentleman got my info then went to the back to “whip up a quote”…I sat downin the chair for 20 minutes. He never came out. What a freaking joke.

Absolute worst experience in customer service in my entire life and I’m old. Added things to my plan I specifically declined, did not fully activate one phone and it won’t work at all. Won’t replace . In store rep called support to activate one of the phones and was hung up on. Another rep told my husband the lines weren’t together when I knew I had added my son’s line to his. Went back up there and guess what the lines were already on same account. The $65/ line we were promised was billed $201 3 days after getting the phone, spent 2 and half hours on the phone last night with support only to be transferred 3 times where last person hung up on us. After another hour on phone this morning went back into store where they absolutely refused to help. Would not even look at phone. I would recommend literally any carrier over them and will be filing BBB complaint.
