I have enjoyed being a customer and getting great values and quality of clothing items, but have had negative experiences on selling high quality clothing items with very bad, almost insulting insulting offer prices. I recommend anyone selling items to do research of internet sources such as eBay completed items, Poshmark and Stockx (new items only), so you don’t cheat yourself on accepting a bad offer. Do your research first, then sell, unless you are someone cleaning out a closet or an attic and not worth your time to do the research.

Despite this adverse situation here, I have had such great experiences in other areas I still give a solid 5 star rating.

The stores has a great owner and in management in Ava, and I have received very fair and intelligent offers from Ava and various other experienced employees. Also, they have other great store personnel very customer focused and helpful when you need assistance as a customer.

First, as a shopper they have tremendous inventory and variety in Men’s Athletic shoes and some limited casual styles. You can find upper dollar range end “hype” shoes and other popular styles at a very good discount price. They also have a wide variety of clothing and caps, all at very great prices compared to their new retail price. They stock items in very good to excellent condition and quality as a main concern.

Second, in my relationship as a seller, I am now selling exclusively Mens Athletic shoe items (never any clothing items) and with great results, selling a number of items and not accepting offers on items that don’t meet my sale price objective. I never take personal an offer I reject, or an item they decide not to buy, as it may not be right for their shopper or based upon existing inventory of a similar item. No one should go in with an entitlement mentality that every item you present should be purchased from you, as they do incur the risk of whether the item will sell in their store.

In summary, this is a great store to buy and sell and far superior to another type of store located in close proximity to Plato’s that is an extremely poor experience to sell Men’s clothing and Athletic shoes.”
