The store onto the overnight package, and it wasn't picked up at the next day's scheduled daily pickup. UPS customer service confirmed that it was the responsibility of this store and the reason for the guaranteed delivery date delay.

The folks that work here are friendly and efficient If you get a combination like that in any other business you're going to keep bringing your business back, it doesn't matter if they have 10 people hanging out the door to be able to do whatever they need to do at this store, these folks just bring a smile great attitude and they're fast at what they do. I have a choice between several UPS stores to go to for what I need from dropping off things for Amazon shredding faxing you name it, this is the one I go to constantly they're that good

Had a strange experience today. I was told black and white printing is 37 cents a page. But because what I printed happened to be a shipping label, they charged me 99 cents... Same paper, same ink. I get that it's just pennies, but it doesn't make sense. Next time I'll print somewhere else, or not tell them what I'm printing...

Your staff at this store is always very friendly and helpful. Particularly today (March 7, 2024), we had many documents requiring a Notary and witnesses and all the staff teamed up to be sure everything was taken care of.Great staff!!

The General manager of this store is beyond rude and disrespectful. Tried to ship a package and he just flat out told me he would not ship it due to his personal policy. Do your self a favor and go to a different shipping place. The management here needs to be looked at and replaced.

Always helpful. The manager works hard to keep lines moving. I have on occasion, needed a box I brought in that needed more tape. They have always provided.

This store is not helpful. I tried picking up a package that UPS left with them and wouldn’t release it to me even though i had all of the documents required to pick it up. I got my boss on the phone and Dale the manager/ owners son refused him the release of the package and hung up on him.

I wouldn’t recommend this ups store, they charge more than a dollar for “label services”. Charging more than 50 cents for a one sided black and white label is crazy. I’d recommend the location over on 1735 Buford highway instead, they’ve never once charged me to print a label and they’ve even provided me boxes when I forget to bring one. The service over there is much more friendlier as well, save your time and money and take the trip!

On Friday 9/1/2023 at 4:41 pm Davis, Anna, and Allison were present in the store. I was greeted while I waited in line and I observed them representing what UPS employees should all embody. They were kind and courteous to all in the store and worked diligently to handle each customer's unique situation. They helped each other out when needed and made it look effortless. Davis was very patient and understanding even with all my Amazon returns. He seems like the type of a guy you can depend on when everything is in disarray. Employees like them can make the difference in whether customers return and whether a business can go from good to great. I will certainly be back.

I have shipped 3 things this last week and had very different experiences each time. I feel very confused and don’t know if I will continue using this location. The first time I shipped something was Wednesday and the girl was very nice but told me I had to buy a box. I thought it was included in my shipping label that I paid for. I bought the box, she packaged it up for me, and there were no issues. Second time was yesterday and the guy was very very nice. I told him I needed to buy a box and he said no you don’t, took my item and said have a great day. I was confused because the girl told me the first time I had to buy a box. But I thanked him and went about my day. I took a third package this morning and the man, wearing glasses, was extremely rude to me and I don’t understand why. He said I had to box up my item and label it before he would send it. I told him that I was sorry, I didn’t know, and the last 2 times I was there they did not tell me that. He said “well ok then” and kind of tossed my box on the counter and did not hide his anger. The item I was sending is a Gucci bag, which is expensive. Not sure why he’s tossing boxes like that but very unprofessional! I told him I could pay for a box and he said I can’t do that unless I’m paying cash. I apologized again and he continued to be extremely rude to me. I’m very confused about what just happened but it’s obvious that they have miscommunication at this location and now this employee is taking out his anger/frustration on me as a customer when I did nothing wrong. I had my young daughter with me and she was upset by the exchange and I left upset as well. I hope that he is not the manager because that reflects very poorly on this store. I see why they have such bad reviews now.
