The packages do get shipped. They’re not the fastest sometimes two or three other people behind the counter, not helping customers and not the friendliest. The closest one to me, which is why I go here. if I’m out and about, I’ll go elsewhere.

Excellent Experience!! - Bri, you are a breath of fresh air when it comes to mailing a package!! Not only did you efficiently prep my package to mail, you saved me money by recommending the most economical option for delivery. BONUS- You did it all while being friendly, engaging and even had me laughing…while at a UPS store!!

This store is illegally charging for each page $4 just to Notary color copies with the original one. I have to Notarize my DL front and back and they chaged me $8 just for two pages. When I asked why it's expensiver the Notary said they are increasing fees to $5 per stamp going forward. It's reap off and also illegal
"Each attendance on any person to make proof as a notary public -- $2.00. Every other certificate -- $2.00. It is not lawful to charge more than $4.00 for each service performed."
I am seeing option to report this illegal activity

The new guys running this store are incredibly rude. I stopped by to ship a package and there was no greeting when I walked in or when I approached the counter. I was then told there would be a $4 charge plus tax and labor for him to tape my package. I have shipped countless packages at other UPS stores and I have never been charged if my package needed tape or for "labor". I responded by saying, “I’m sorry, you said the is a $4 charge to tape my package?” The man responded rudely and said, “yes for tape and labor or you can take it and go tape it yourself.” It was time sensitive so I went ahead and paid this made up fee, however I will never step foot in that location again.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your UPS store. My recent visit left me feeling utterly disregarded as a customer, and I am compelled to share my experience.
First and foremost, the lack of customer value was blatantly evident throughout my interaction. From the moment I entered the store, it was abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The staff appeared indifferent and uninterested in assisting me, displaying a remarkable level of apathy towards addressing my needs.
Furthermore, the overall service was shockingly subpar. Not only was I met with long wait times, but the staff seemed ill-equipped and untrained to handle even the simplest of inquiries. It was evident that there was a severe lack of professionalism and competence among the employees.
Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the store was unwelcoming and disorganized. There was a noticeable absence of any effort to create a pleasant customer experience, further exacerbating my frustration.
In conclusion, my experience at your UPS store was nothing short of appalling. The lack of respect for customers and the blatant disregard for providing even basic levels of service is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected far better treatment and am deeply disappointed by the complete lack of customer value demonstrated.
I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary changes to improve the quality of service at your store.
