I frequentlying use this UPS store specifically because every transaction is quick and easy. Today we worked with Abdul and he was phenomenal. He was super friendly, helpful and efficient!

Rude and charge you for every little thing.I avoid at all costs. Other stores will pack up anything I need and never charge me a dime. Go elsewhere!

The older woman in the store is rude and unprofessional. She does not prioritize customers when the line is out the door and other workers are dealing with notarizing documents. She speaks extremely rudely to people who are there to do business. Every time I’ve gone in this store she has been rude to someone (customers or the other workers) in my presence, just happened to be me today. I avoid this UPS store if possible - and I’d suggest others to go to the store at Cruse Marketplace instead - the workers are much more efficient and know how to prioritize customers and other duties, and they’re ALWAYS respectful.

The two stars are for the guy who has helped me the two previous times I’ve been in. The older lady working this morning was so rude to both me and the lady before me. Clear she doesn’t need to have a customer facing job.
Edit: I went back. I shouldn’t have. Sharon, mentioned above, was yelling at customers before me in line and belittling her coworker. Being in front of customers, her coworker held his composure, but the way she spoke to him and customers is unacceptable. Why would you work in customer service if you clearly don’t care about your customers or the company on your shirt? I won’t be back again.

I honestly cannot believe that after all of the complaints Sharon is still employed at this location. I have been coming here to return packages for years and she has always been the rudest associate. Not only to her customers but also her coworkers.
Today was the last straw. There was a disabled man who pulled up to the door needing to ship a small package, and she screamed at him through the phone in front of the entire store. She told him that “she didn’t care that he couldn’t walk” that she will not accommodate his needs. She did not say she would help him once the line died down or anything of the sort. As a patron waiting in line, I went out to his car to take over the delivery process for him. His leg was amputated and was clearly unable to walk into the store. I cannot express enough the disrespect she exhibits to every person she serves. I will never be back and will ensure no one I know uses this store. I will not let my friends and family be harassed by a bitter woman. I work in customer service and could never imagine speaking to another person like that. She hung up with him and didn’t help a single person in line anyway, so she could have helped him. Disgusting behavior.

The older woman Sharon that works here and likes to remind people she’s been working there for 14 years needs to be let go and let this be her last year. The most condescending and rude interaction right out of the gate because I set my package on the counter and asked how she was doing with a smile. She asked if I was shipping and I said yes ma’am. She then started filling out forms asking for payment and I replied that it had been prepaid for on the website and I purchased extra insurance due to the price and needed someone to sign the form for the insurance as instructed by the site. She then felt the need to correct my usage of the term “shipping” to let me know that I was “dropping off” and those are different things. Rude. And then she denied signing my form which was required by UPS by either driver or UPS Store Customer Care Rep. I asked her to please make sure it was signed and sent with the package as directed by the form and she simply told me she would take my form and throw it in the trash once I left. I did not feel safe leaving my package in the hands of someone like this so I asked for the package back and left. I am following the instructions on the form as directed. These types of complaints have been made about this individual for months now and no one seems to do anything about it. Hoping this will get to her to make some adjustment for her own sake or, if need be, let her part ways with the company. No action makes this behavior permissible by the standards of UPS as a company.
As the owners response reflects, no action or resolution to the horrible customer service consistently displayed by this one individual at this location. If the owner chose to respond in proper action, they would know that the package was accepted by their location and signed for by a delivery driver that was there at the store. The form was then handed back to me and not sent with the package as is instructed by the form. I requested to send the form with the driver as it instructed on the form and was told that the signed agreement would be thrown in the trash by the individual working there. This is not the policy and you sit here and want to argue and correct your customers. In what way does this reflect that you have customer service and experience as your priority? Doesn’t appear that you seem to care in the least by your copy and paste response to every negative review addressed towards the same individual.
