I’ll be leaving this bank and UCBI entirely. I don’t even want to go into every reason why because there’s probably not enough space. Messing up large wire transfers, not ever making me feel like I’m valued at all and transferring money to an entirely incorrect account are just a few examples. Stephanie in particular was the final straw for me today as she always seems to have something better to do than help me even if I’m the only one in the lobby and a customer for over 17 years. I don’t see this bank lasting with such terrible customer service and large errors.

I go to every community bank and I always have a very friendly service. I decided to go to this one because it’s near my work. Most of the time when I go to deposit a check the lady at the front desk does it for me. I give her my check, my id, account number, and my card. But this lady gave me a deposit slip to fill out, which I never filled out myself before, it’s usually the lady’s at the front desk who do it. I didn’t have a problem doing it myself, the point was that I didn’t know how to do it. So I asked her what to fill out and what numbers go where. But she gave me a big attitude because I guess I put the numbers in the wrong area, and I told her this is the first time I do this myself so I’m confused. But she gave very rude service and attitude. I don’t come here anymore and if I do Its usually for a financial emergency or I make sure not to go through the drive but the lobby instead.

I have always received friendly and efficient service from this branch. Yesterday was the first time using the drive through; no line and I was in and out quickly. Their banking app is user friendly and I normally use it for most of my transactions except for cash deposits.

Just left United Community Bank in Johns Creek, and had to ring the doorbell to get them to answer the door. Since Covid is over ( yes it is), I asked if something horrible had happened here. The Senior Consultant let me know that they make appointments so they can "get things done", short for they don't want to help customers. She then proceeded to tell me about their no interest credit card, and when I asked her if they approve at the bank, she said no a third party. I asked for the name, number, was given the wrong information, and call their 1-800 customer service, reached Dahlonga near their corporate office and she gave me wrong phone numbers and was clueless. If they blame a staff problem one more time-these people don't know their product and are getting a paycheck, I am closing the account.

I just stopped in today to get some checks deposited along with getting some cash into bigger bills. Pro: Quick, easy, efficient. Staff was friendly and helped me out very easily. Cons: With mobile banking apps the use of going in is not really anyone first choice anymore Overall: Great Location easy to get shopping done after making a pit stop at the banks. Easy to get to and quick and convenient to go in and out on a busy day.

Cashier put my check in another person's account and they can't do anything about it until tomorrow. VERY inconvenient of her to make such a mistake when I gave her my debit card and check for the deposit!

I’ve been with this bank for almost 20 years. I’ve banked with them since before this branch opened. Here lately I’ve had some of the worst customer service from them. The bank manager stood over me and basically yelled at me in the lobby because I had a joint check that had my and my mothers name on it. ( keep in mind my mother signed it and had given me her license. She was in the hospital and couldn’t come with me) I was able to take that check to my mothers bank without her and cash it even though it had my name on it as well. Perhaps if he would’ve taken me in his office and told me no it would’ve been a better way to handle it but, he completely shamed me. It was disrespectful. I was also treated like I was trying to commit fraud when my name is on the check as well. Then we tried to open my daughter her first checking account and they wouldn’t accept her temporary license. Even though she had her birth certificate, ssi card and school id. They made us come back. The first time we were there the woman in the office next to Steven’s office was so, rude to us. (Fun fact she’s worked at that bank since it opened and she told me she had never seen me a day in her life...she had literally helped me a week before and she was Extremely rude then.)
