2 stars for their products but NO stars for their filthy restroom! This is the second time I've been in this Ulta restroom and, due to the filth, left without using it. Gas stations have cleaner toilets.

Went into today for a big chop and Destiny did an amazing job. I have had services with all the stylists at this location and I can’t pick a favorite! All of them do a fantastic job and Destiny left my hair looking so luxurious and thick even after all the damage I have from bleaching! I cannot recommend the salon enough to people! I’ve included some before and after’s so everyone can see how amazing it looks!

I have an Ulta credit card, which was surprisingly easy to get with my bad credit at the time, but I have good credit now. Nonetheless, I get my hair done there and I can even tip on my Ulta credit card and I just paid it off every month, so I don’t owe interest. It’s easy and they’ve got everything I want their except,get a room by confessions of a rebel perfume. They do not carry that only the company carries that they’ve got great deals and when you’re a member with a credit card you get even better deals.

May I brag about an employee?? I came into Ulta and approached the cashier with my gift card for nearly the exact amount of my purchase. However, it was one of these cards that offer credit at a host of different locations, not just Ulta. Erin shared that news with me ... but then offered to help me navigate the process of selecting only Ulta, making note of the amount of product, etc. Lucky for us both, there was no one in line, but Erin took about ten good minutes of her time out to help me. Like a guardian angel, I felt valued as a person and a customer! Thanks, Erin... you're appreciated!! Mary W.

Camila was AMAZING!! I had my eyebrows laminated for the first time and she did a fantastic job!! She is super professional and personable!! She walked me through the entire process, since this was my first time and explained everything!! I knew I was in great hands! She made me feel and look BEAUTIFUL!! I will absolutely be back to see her! HIGHLY recommend her for all your brow and lash needs!!

I used to only go to makeup counters at the mall but this Ulta blows the mall makeup service and products away.Camila has threaded my brows twice and I'm stunned each time how she makes them look so polished so quickly.Lauren and Wren have given excellent advice on makeup products to help me look my best for photo shoots and press appearances. They've given excellent tutorials on application too.I love that at Ulta there's so many different lines of makeup and that the folks there don't try to force you into sticking with just one. They are all so knowledgeable about everything in the store.And the management must be good because they all seem genuinely happy whenever I come in.Love this Ulta!!

$27 plus tip for eyebrow waxing is gonna be a definite no for me. It takes all of six minutes so you’re telling your clients that the technicians time is worth $270 an hour. Ridiculous

Camila the Brow Arch Expert is AMAZING!!She took the time to map out my brows & actually explain everything that has to do with brows! I got them tinted too - I’m due to come back since I’ve first visited. Since I got my brows done by Camila, I feel so much more confident and beautiful! Thank you Camila

Cashier Savannah was rude and very unhelpful. She clearly was ready to go home and didn't feel like dealing with the customers since the store was closing soon. I have been shopping at this store for years and never had a bad experience until today. She needs to be retrained in customer service

I called this location regarding a procedure that they offer per their brochure. However, the person that answered the phone didn't know and had to ask somebody . She did not put me on hold just slightly covered up the phone and was told they offer a double procedure that includes the procedure I was interested in and which cost more but didn't perform the single procedure that of course Cost Less. I feel as though if the procedure isn't offered, they should remove it from their brochure. And for gosh sakes have people answer the phone that no what they do cover or offer!
