I had a really disappointing experience at this location and, honestly, I can't recommend their services. I took my Samsung S20 in for a screen replacement, and they assured me they'd order the screen and give me a call when it was ready. They said it would take about five days. But after those five days passed, I heard nothing—no call, no email, no text. Since I was already using a borrowed phone, I decided to wait a little longer, but another week went by with still no word from them.
Frustrated, I reached out and called to check on the status of my repair. After waiting on the line for about 10 minutes, the representative finally came back and informed me that their Samsung system had been down for some time. He suggested that I might try another location that had the full Samsung testing setup. At this point, I asked if they had at least managed to replace the screen, and I was stunned to hear that they hadn’t even touched my phone. If I were to pick it up, it would be in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off.
I get that technical issues can happen, but the lack of communication and the inability to maintain a basic standard of service was unacceptable. This experience left me feeling like this location and its team aren’t reliable when it comes to handling cellphone repairs. A simple call or update would have gone a long way, but they didn’t make that effort.
I gave two stars because it seems like they can manage basic tasks, but beyond that, it’s hard to trust them with anything more complex.

I cracked my phone and the charger tip broke off in my IPad. He was able to fix both while we waited. I was so happy and the young man working on Sunday was extremely nice
