We had a very positive experience at Friendly Auto Gallery. This place really lives up to its name! ******** walked us through the whole buying process and was patient and so personable. We did not feel pressured at all to buy but were given time and space to make a decision. Friendly has won several awards and after today, I can totally see why. I would highly recommend this dealership; they aim to please and make their customers happy and satisfied. We are very appreciative to ******** for helping us get a vehicle for our daughter.

Trying to scam a personal friend of mine out of their money and a lemon for a truck as they are refusing to return the vehicle purchased!!! These people are scam artists and will sell you a junker and then offer no help when it breaks down moments after buying it...dont listen to the response from the owner they do nothing to ensure satisfaction is guaranteed they just take you money and refuse to give you the service you deserve.

This is absolutely the worst place to do business.. we bought a car AS IS that didn't even run a total of an hour and a half before every light went on and it started smoking.. the owner, TERRY, took the vehicle back and brought a loaner van so we could get around while our was in the shop ON HIS DIME..the van didn't make it one mile before it shut off.. again, the owner gave us a loaner and IT broke a belt and a couple other things SIMPLY WHILE SITTING AT A RED LIGHT... The owner AGAIN takes responsibility and pays for an Uber to get us home.. days later, the car is still in the shop, the money is gone, and the 21 year old HIGHLY unprofessional desk maid tells me that the car was sold as is and so we basically have no car AND no money.. and lastly, the mechanic at the shop said the car should be scrapped because the engine is shot... It's my belief that this place knowingly sold me a vehicle that didn't work and are now attempting to keep the vehicle and my money so that they can more than likely sell it again to a different unsuspecting customer.. DO NOT expect a vehicle from this place to get you to work because you WILL get fired.. just DON'T

Worst place ever. Less than 200 miles after I bought car, timnig belt broke. The owner and girl there said it's basically my fault and I should have had it check out first. The girl said "these are cheap cars and old, so you should have had your mechanic look at it". Terry (owner) was gonna give me half money back i paid (for store credit) after i paid gettting it towed, looked at to see what happened($160 tow, $750 to look at damage) and I already paid $300+ tax, tag, title. They seemed to blame me for not inspecting their car before I bought it......go somewhere else, please. UPDATE: Got my title from these guys yesterday. Been waiting 7 weeks to get it back from the state. The title has like 3 different peoples names on it and i still have to take it or mail it to the state. The owner sent me my $300 tax money back(he had to). When I called him and asked him why they kept telling me it was being taken care of he said "I am not going to argue with you" and hung up on me. I am stuck with an outdated tag on my sons car and I have to go down to the state and try to get this title mess fixed. I totally regret buying a car from this guy. UPDATE: I waited 7 plus weeks for my title. When I did get it there were 2 or 3 names on it. I called him and asked him why I didn't have a clean title and why he wrote the tax check to fulton county when the paper work says I live in cobb county. I sent check back and he never sent me another check...."checks in the mail".... I had to pay taxes and title fee TWICE !!!! WHAT RECOURSE DO I HAVE???? theft by deception or go to the STATE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE??

A terrible place to buy a vehicle, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We were looking for a vehicle for my nephew, saw an ad online, and visited to purchase the vehicle. We were assured that there were no mechanical issues, the TRANSMISSION FAILED on the 3rd day that my nephew drove it. Ever since the owner has been avoiding his phone calls. Now we have a junk car with a 30 day temp tag still on it. We will be filing a lawsuit, but it's ridiculous that this is even necessary.
