OMG the best UPS never ever see people like this!!!! UPS store employees awesome. Please note I'm not writing any dishonest statement here. This UPS store has only filled with positive energy for any work like notary, copies and Shipping all 3 i have experienced. If you want to do any work with UPS even drive for 20 miles comes to store. End of the day you filled with happiness.
Kudos to UPS manager & Employees at this store location only not any other store near by this location. All the best guys

I step into this store weekly, and I am met with the nicest and most helpful group of people. Always happy to help and such good service! I see bad reviews and I don’t know what it’s about… just take my word for it, this business rocks!!! The owner is nice and friendly!

I went to get a printout, and the charge was $3.71
for 3 pages. When I questioned the price, the agent rudely replied, "That's our rate." I decided to proceed with the payment. Afterward, when I asked for my receipt and his name, he responded dismissively, asking why I needed his name. I mentioned that I planned to contact UPS customer care about the situation. He quickly claimed to be the owner of the store and emphasized that it was an independent business. When I asked if it was a franchise, he confirmed that it was. I took my receipt and left the store.

There is no option to provide zero stars, so giving one star. I sent an important package with 2 day guaranteed delivery and it’s been almost more than 5 days and still not delivered.. not sure whether it’ll be delivered or they lost it.. not at all recommended.. worst service ever
05/20 update:
I already submitted the claim on 05/18 itself. I called the store this morning but they said it may take up to 8 business days to process the claim. I can provide the claim number, is there any way to expedite this? Please let me know.
05/30 update:
Store person said I would get refund of the shipping fees as it was not delivered by the date guaranteed by 2 day delivery. And he said, it would take 1 week to process but till now, I didn’t receive anything. Even not sure whether I receive it as I was not involved in any of the communications with UPS.. Really bad!!
