My company came in to assist a video production crew hired by Wingman Payments to help promote The Shop. The selection of household items, clothes, artwork, books, movies, and much more was incredibly vast. Karen and her team of employees and volunteers are all the most wonderful people. It's amazing how much these guys are doing in the community to help drug recovery amd homelessness. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By far the BEST THRIFT store I've found in this area. Staff is incredibly kind, helpful, friendly, and they are always restocking and bringing in new items. I always seem to find an item I was desperately in need of, along with priceless antiques, designer jeans, home decor, home.repairs. I love this store and even though it's a 30 min trip each way for me, I try to stop by at least 2-3x a month.So much cheaper than the goodwill. And fat better inventory, rare a antiques, and unique items you would never find at the goodwill.Plus they support and donate to a non profit and.assist.real people in need. I tell everyone to go check this store out, it's worth the trip. And they have beautiful furniture and amazing prices.

I shop here regularly and always walk away with a purchase. They have really good stuff, especially their year around Christmas room. I've donated and I have purchased a fair amount. I would give them 5 stars, except for the older women (60+) working there, who are horribly rude. They ALWAYS give me dirty looks and have a major attitude. I definitely feel like I'm bothering the staff anytime I ask for help or get to the counter to make a purchase. There is a really sweet woman who works there, who you can tell may have some mental special needs. Never once had she bothered me, even though she sometimes follows me around making conversation. In fact she is the only employee who has ever really helped me out when I asked. She really does provide excellent customer service every time. However, the other older women keep yelling at her to stop bothering people and get to work. I continue to shop here because it's for charity and because I always find great stuff. Definitely, not for the shitty customer service by some old miserable women.

I discovered CHM Thrift store by accident but am glad I did. Very clean and well run store. most clothing is $1.00. Great furniture at great prices! Friendly staff. Offers free baked goods with purchase. good furniture goes fast!! Love this store and visit often.

It seems odd that organizations seeking donations of goods and money would have a poor customer service attitude. Cumming home ministries thrift store personnel were rude even while attempting to drop off a large collection of donations. They obviously have enough to keep them busy, so those goods were delivered elsewhere.
