Brian went above and beyond to help my mom with the right mattress and and setup. My mom is recently widowed and has mobility issues that has made it difficult for her to get in her bed. She needed a lower mattress to replace her side of an adjustable set while avoiding the cost of getting a completely new king bed. The situation was a bit complicated and Brian was incredibly kind and patient with us to make sure that she got a comfortable new bed that fit with her current arrangement. I initially bought their classic plush in a full size for my daughter because I didn't think I needed one of the higher models because my 3 year old is all of 20 lbs. But when we got it home it was so small for the bed frame and it really bothered me. They did send a customer care person out to look at it but nothing came of that because they said all full beds should be the same size. So I decided to go in and get an exchange with their comfort care policy where you pay a fee to upgrade and I am glad I did. I got the luxury firm in the orthopedic line and it fits the bed frame now. Soo I would say stay away from lower models, it cost me. But the higher models are great. I also have another one of their orthopedic models on my own bed and love it.You can see the pictures the difference of the two beds. The classic plush was about 3 1/"2 narrower and 2" shorter.

Such a great expierence with Paul! He was so funny and such a good sales man. He showed us the mattresses and took his time to explain everything about the type I was looking for and didnt rush us at all! I liked that he showed us the inside of the mattresses too.Thank you so much Paul!

We just bought a king size mattress here and it was a breeze. Ben was excellent and he was totally honest and straightforward. This company doesn't lure you in with bs, holiday sales, etc. Most of their mattresses are double sided and very reasonable. Our mattress was delivered on the dot without issue. We love our orthopedic extra firm mattress. Side note: the chain Mattress Firm, on the other hand, cost much more and the salesperson said that double sided mattresses aren't made anymore....bs. He also led us to the 5K mattress first and said that delivery might be weeks for their mattresses, while the Original Mattress Factory shipped less than a week after our purchase.

I found this amazing store thru a Google search and was so impressed with the reviews that we chose to go in with the intention of visiting a few more to compare pricing.There is no pressure from either Ben or Paul, they are incredibly knowledgeable about all of their products and the best part is that their mattresses are made right here in Georgia!After testing out several mattresses and learning what each one does, I was concerned their price would be quite high.Much to my surprise, their prices were very reasonable. Enough so that we bought 2 full sets of mattresses!There was no sense in wasting time shopping around.One more surprise is that everything was delivered, set up and old mattresses removed within a week!Original Mattress Factory is by far the best shopping experience we've ever had!I cannot recommend this store and their sales people highly enough.

I am a three time customer. I am pleased with the quality v/s value and the way I am treated when I walk in the showroom. In addition, they removed the old mattresses and actually donate them to a needy charity.
