We love The Goddard School! Our two sons have grown so much since they started, both, educationally & socially. The staff are always friendly & greet you and your child with a positive attitude for the day. There is always something fun and exciting on the monthly calendar for the kids to look forward to. You can tell all of the hard work and planning that the staff put in to creating a great school year. I know when we drop our boys off at school they are in great hands. We feel as though The Goddard School truly cares about our boys well being and the education to help them succeed in the future!

Goddard is exceptional! It’s so far and beyond the other daycare options we’ve looked at, and we’re going to stay for private pre-k because of our positive experience!

Both of my children have attended this Goddard School over the span of 10 years. The owners, administrators and teachers have been wonderful and very supportive of our family. They’ve loved our kids every step of the way. The facility is sparkling clean, the classrooms are well appointed, and the curriculum has strongly prepared both of my children for elementary school. There is very low turnover of staff. Even with a significant age gap, both of my children had some of the same teachers. I will be so sad when my youngest ages out. This is a special place!

From the moment you initiate relationship, they sell hard until you start and then complete game changer after that. My child joined in summer program in pre-k and the feedback received was my son is just delayed in communication but he is extremely advanced on other areas. And then school year began and I was getting eye balls and different behavior, the principal told me "we have a big waiting list", during the open house in the pre- k transition, we were completely ignored by the teacher and treated very rudely that should have been the red flag then, I later on connected with the teacher and she was bitter, she didn't look happy at all! It was within a week starting from that awful class I started seeing my son at his worst, up to this date he never acted like that, it was truly sad when I was driving him he would plead in his gentle voice " no-school" and starting from day one if pre-k the principal telling me how they have a long list ( she actually said that) and my son will benefit elsewhere. With that said I now connected with another parent and ironically shared very "similar" experience only few months after ours. My message is if you do not know how to treat a 3-4 years olds, you should not run a school.

The school is more money minded and giving false facts to get you enrolled and take payments soon, not revealing the nature of deposits & wait lists !We were interested in sending our kid to 2/3 year old program and paid a refundable deposit to be in waitlist with an agreement to collect monthly tuition with submission of application. We were offered a 2 year old class to be joined from January 2023 & we were very much interested initially and later decided to send from 3 year old program due to financial reasons thereby not submitting the application but the management rushed & ran the monthly tuition fee deposit without telling the nature of it being non refundable violating the agreement of security deposit being with no application submission from our end. No clarity about Forsyth school calendar as well. So to retain the spot you would have to continue paying them through the year.On checking back about the refund for the monthly tuition amount debited we were told to reverse through the bank & bank reversed upon Godard’s confirmation!!With all the conversations the business manager David’s email was rude mentioning the tuition fee would be collected via collections when there is no application submitted to honor collecting my monthly tuition fee neither my kid has started any program here & I would have to pursue the same route to get the security deposit as well!We have decided not to send our kid here after all this & don’t get trapped by their wait list full so called strategy & be very cautious to allow them run deposit only after you submit application .

Our very first Goddard experience (Marietta) was amazing and we wrongly assumed our son would have the same experience here. At first we wrote off some of the red flags as differences in personalities, i.e. lack of engagement by front office staff, impersonal and disinterested attitudes, poor communication regarding tuition changes, etc... But as the weeks progressed we noticed that this was not just coming from the front office but from his classroom teachers as well. The teachers would appear annoyed and agitated by the children. When they would communicate issues it would be as simple as, “he was real whiny today” with no follow up on how to assist him. The final straw was when I walked into the classroom and the teacher said, “tell your dad why you went to the baby room today” in a very shaming tone in front of his friends. I brought this to the administrator’s attention who did not seem very concerned by this behavior. They did, however, talk to his teacher but then proceeded to turn the issue into a parenting problem, which was not an appropriate response for the situation. The other concern we have is centered around strangers and visitors. During Grandparents day his loved one walked into the school without verification, was lead to his class and then taken outside. Again, there was no staff present or engagement with the families either.Children need a nurturing environment to thrive and this place was unable to provide that for our child. As such, we unenrolled him today so he can begin attending a new school.

We're Very impressed with this Goddard school! They do a better job of teaching our child than We can! I'm a very strong proponent! Some of the teachers they have (currently Ms Jessica) are so over-qualified - I'm surprised they're even able to attract them. Ms Jessica knows what to say to our 3 year old better than I do! (I'm actually learning from her. Masters in child psychology or similar). All of the teachers here, and the owner, Love Children, and it shows! (There's no way they'd work as hard as they do otherwise). The report we get every day, listing around a dozen activities our child performed that day, and why, and what the curriculum-intent is (with pictures) is truly impressive! The only speed-bump we've had regarded them wanting us to arrive by a certain time in the morning (10). One of the office staff was rude to us regarding that. Well, the owner, Ms Jean, talked in person with me, in great detail, and helped me understand that their concern was primarily to facilitate the learning for all children in the class (without interruption). She's a solid person and we're very happy (even if we're not always the most timely family :)

My child really enjoyed attending Goddard. She made lots of friends there and enjoyed talking about her daily activities. The staff is very professional and polite. I'd highly recommend the school to anyone looking for a good program for their kids.

We were part of a mass exodus from Goddard back in October. We attended for almost 1 year. Communication was never good at Goddard, there is a revolving door of teachers, and the negative energy is palpable. Not a good feeling dropping your kid off and having a bad feeling in your stomach. The owner, Jean sets the tone of negativity that has infected the administrative staff and crushed the morale of the teachers. The classrooms with non potty- trained children ALWAYS reeks of poopy diapers. The classrooms are so small. Imagine the poor kids and teachers trapped in that stench ALL day. Leaving there was the best and happiest decision we ever made. Mr. David and Jean put on a good show for prospective parents, don't be fooled.

My son recently started at The Goddard School's Kindergarten program and we couldn't be happier! He has adjusted really well and I have seen lots of progress with his writing and his love for school as a whole. Mrs. Vishal has been amazing to him. Big shout out to the administrative staff as well. We really appreciate that they have kept my son and everyone else healthy throughout these trying times!

If your looking for quality childcare and a fun learning environment that is also focused on the health and safety of the kids/staff then I recommend you choose Goddard at Bethelview Rd. We’ve been part of their Goddard family for over three years. Both of our children are currently enrolled and we’ve had the opportunity to experience the care from infant up to the Pre-K room where my oldest is currently. All of the teachers and management staff are fantastic! My children love going to school there everyday and always come home and share the great time they had. I have seen so much growth and development in my children while at Goddard and I cannot imagine ever sending my children anywhere else. Also their facilities are top notch! I toured a lot of childcare options when I first began my search for childcare and nothing compared.

We love the Goddard School family!! I have 2 boys that attend. I trust the staff and teachers with the safety of my boys and with an exciting educational experience. I love the flexible schedule options they provide to accommodate our family wants & needs. My boys have grown so much by attending school here. Their teachers are highly educated and truly love their job.* They have put great procedures in place to assure everyone stays safe during this unknown time with COVID.

I was very hesitant to put my child in daycare but I had to go back to work so the hunt began. We went to so many different schools and then we went to Goddard and the difference between places is mind blowing. Mr. David makes you feel so welcome and invited. He was very detailed with our tour and answered all of our many questions. He reassured us about Goddard and also brought a lot of peace to our mind about sending our child there. We absolutely love Goddard and the amazing school it is for our child. I recommend it to everyone !

There are truly not enough good things that I could say about this school. I now have two children in the facility and could not be happier. The level of care that my children receive is unmatched. In three years, I have had very nominal, expected issues that come with young children, but each has been handled with the utmost of professionalism and respect. During a time when my child was having some difficulty, the entire team worked together to ensure he was as successful as possible. I fully believe that if we had been anywhere else he would not have been worked with and loved in the way he was at Goddard. Everyone that works there, owners, administration, faculty, and support staff have been phenomenal. I would suggest anyone in this area looking for an a top notch educational experience to visit the Goddard School. You will not be disappointed. I am starting my third baby there this winter, and I'm thankful we have been able to have such a wonderful experience for all of our children.
