The teachers here are amazing! Mrs. Mimi, Mrs.B, Mrs. Rene, Mrs. Bri, Mrs. Heather, Mrs. Hailey, etc…. My daughter has excelled here soo much!! She had a review with her new principle in the elementary school she will be going to next year and succeed with flying colors!! My daughter has been going here for 2 years now, I couldn’t have done it without the wonderful teachers here..Brandy has been through 2 years with us (first year as an assistant/ now as director) she has been nothing less than amazing and caring! I’ve seen her literally remember every students name as they arrive or leave for the day. Little things like that mean a lot to parents! I definitely recommend this school to whoever is seeking for their children to succeed!!!

Brandy is absolutely wonderful and every bit of the staff here embody the compassion of what it takes to be an astounding teacher. My oldest son just recently started at this daycare after attending Primrose since he was 6wks old and he is now currently 2yr. The difference in his demeanor when I pick him up from Children's Courtyard is like night and day and I owe it all to them for providing him with the proper attention and care that he's been desperately in need of. I wish I had switched to this daycare long ago. I am looking forward to seeing my son soar and grow with this school in the future!

This is a wonderful school and has been since it was the Crabapple! We have used them for GA prek and our neighbors have used them for daycare and prek programs, all with good results. It is a family place and I feel welcome every time I come in there! They keep a clean school, with good consistent procedures and a kind staff that seems to enjoy working together. My daughter is always happy to go there each day!

Brandy is the type of director that this school needs. She holds everyone accountable and that is a tough space to be in. As a business owner, I see how she is trying to add to the staff, hold all accountable and I see her physically helping in classrooms daily. She does not discount parent concerns. All businesses are struggling post pandemic. I hope that corporate is supportive in running a tight ship because this is the safety of our most precious blessings - our children.

We've been here going on a little over a year now. My daughter has had the best experience, meeting new friends (both children and teachers)!! Being a single mother you want the best for your children, I definitely recommend this school!! Brandy has gone above and beyond for us! She is very understanding and has thoroughly explained everything that goes on if an accident occurs and calls me immediately! The staff is super loving and amazing!!! Thank you all for everything you guys do!!

The director of the school, her name is Renee. She is very nice, considerable. She takes care of family, parents and children. We were given the wrong information from the assistant director Brandy that no full day school available to us. Brandy is not nice to us with tough attitude. However, the director Renee called us and tried her best effort to solve the problem, which makes us feel better. In addition, my daughter was in the 2 years class and the teachers are good there.

We started our son here at 4 months old and have now had him in the Infant classroom for 3 full months and could not be happier. All of the teachers and admin team know our son by name and light up when they see him. He genuinely seems to enjoy being there and the communication is top notch. There are classroom cameras to check in on kiddos during the day and a great app that keeps us informed and tracks naps/food/diaper changes and more. Would definitely recommend!

I scheduled a virtual tour at 4:30 today and joined the meeting on time. However, nobody joined until 4:40 then I called the school and was told the boss was having another meeting. Then I requested if she has a conflict, why can't she just reply to the meeting invitation to give me a heads up before the meeting starts to save my time. Then the lady who answered call just got mad and quickly told me the program is full.So I am really confused. Were the stats that showed there is still available spot in the system in the morning wrong or the school is just not happy with my request which is letting me know ahead of time if you can't join? I will never know the true answer though my guess is leaning towards the latter one.But anyways, I won't consider this school and any school in this system anymore.

The director here (probably name is Brandy) is very rude and dishonest. In our tour, the director told us they offer both school day and full day and gave us both rates, but after my daughter stayed there for a week and get to transfer to full day, she told us no full day available for us, only school day. Then when we decided to go to the other daycare due to no full day offer to us, but she asked me to pay her another two weeks tuition. This is not caused by us; this is because she changed the situation. How much trouble and inconvenience she caused to us just because no full day class, and she even asked us to pay her another two weeks tuition? How shameless she is? What is the function of this daycare? Just make money or help community? It was the first week for my daughter in daycare, she cried entire week, now all our effort is just ruined. Also, before we enrolled there, we told her my kid had potty trained, but on the first day the room teacher told us there is no bathroom in that classroom and my daughter has to wear diaper if we want to keep my daughter in that room. Then the director moved my daughter to a higher ratio room, and we had no choice at that moment. In addition, she always showed her poker face to us, we said: 'Hi/Good morning' to her in the hallway, she just ignored by looking somewhere else. I do not know what made her so rude and irrespective to us. This is a place to educate kids, I really get worried the kids grow up leading by such a director. We had a high expectation on this daycare, but it really disappoints us.As parents, we always want to build a good relationship with the school staffs and teachers, I hardly wrote down negative review to school or some business since I understand it is not easy to run a business. However, as an education agency, you should find good staffs/teachers, especially the leading staff, since your responsibility is to set the fundamental education to those kids who are the hope of the tomorrow for this country. I just hope the director can change after she saw my review but not want to affect her job/employment. I hope she can understand it is not just a job, but assignment to educate kids.

I highly recommend this school. Both my kids go to this school - 3 year old (EPS) and 4 years old (Pre-k and summer camp). Kids have been to multiple schools so far but this school has been the best of all. It has been a challenging year for everyone but this school exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Some families wanted to go virtual so they arranged that. Virtual teachers worked equally hard to make sure kids had a good learning experience. All of the teachers are very well qualified and they provide a comfortable and enjoyable learning environment. Management is also very accommodating and always ready to help out in the best way possible. Tuition is reasonable and we love the pictures and updates they send out throughout the day plus live streaming video.

I love this school. It was Crabapple Academy and was bought by the Children's Courtyard. I never noticed a single change. Staff is friendly, teachers are great, and most of all the safety of the students is first priority.
