I haven’t been in this store for a while because I’ve been shopping online throughout CoVid, but I’m extremely disappointed with my experience there compared to past experiences. I went to return some items and upon entering the store, I went straight up to the counter, where both associates standing. It was if I hadn’t even entered the store as they didn’t even look up from what they were doing. When they finally did, neither was friendly and in fact one looked at me with complete contempt or disdain, before walking away to do something else. Even the one who helped me was not exactly friendly either. While I was there, another customer walked in, looked around briefly and then came up to the counter. She waited a very brief time, but the other associate came back to the cash register and apologized for keeping her waiting.A week later, I’m still unsure whether the return transactions were even actioned correctly, as I am seeing no credit on my credit card.

On several occasions I went to Talbots. Never was I approached to see if I needed help. I never was acknowledged that I was there. I will never return. The one on Northpoint Parkway is the opposite. As soon as you enter someone greets you and asks if you need any help. That’s where I shop.

Wandered around entire store before being acknowledged by staff. Despite being dressed entirely in this seasons Talbots clothing, staff person asked if I was just looking. Asa former Talbots store manager, this definitely did not live up to my expectations.

People there were very nice. Clothes on the whole are very well made. Would prefer more natural fabrics, less polyester.

I was past return policy but have been a huge buyer for years. They would not even give me store credit. I bought item 120 days ago, it was 25% off. It finally has gotten cold enough to wear so I tired it on again today to pin up for hemming. It just didn't fit me right. Yes, they probably would have lost a few $ on my return but I will now cut my card up and not go back. I bought so much, they even had me on Advisory Board for new items.

Been shopping with them for over 30 years when I was a size 8 or 10. Now that I'm older and a size 14 or 16 depends on what it is the selection is not good do people not realize the average women is a size 14 and we are the ones that spend money I dont get it.

Visited on Labor Day @ 6:40 and the doors were locked. No sign on the doors to indicate an early closing. According to their posted operating hours, they should have been open until 9:00. :(
