This review is in no way to diminish this business and the type of work they have done in the past for other customers this is my personal experience and how it made me feel about them as a business. I brought a pair of sides skirts for my BRZ with the intent of just getting a quote when dropping them off for the quote the person in charge of that was out due to sickness which is understandable I also dropped them off the day before thanksgiving so I knew that my skirts are not going to get messed with until a couple days after but keep in mind all I wanted was a quote it took just about a week before I got a follow up call of sorts which I told the gentleman (Manny) what I wanted and he told me that he would follow to see if the painter could even do it since they don’t typically do custom jobs anymore due to business getting busier with insurance claims which is understandable now I let a couple days go around once again and still no follow I now follow up I now provide a reference photo for him to show the painter and for the 3rd time tells me he will follow up at this point I am a bit frustrated so I let it run it’s course to see how long it would take to get my follow up for just a quote until the day comes where I just go and pick my skirts up without any notice. I was more disappointed than frustrated because this place was recommended to me and have shown that they do great work I just feel like I shouldn’t have to wait a month for a quote if they couldn’t have done it in the first place I feel like that communication would have gone a long way instead of me spending the hour drive there and back.

Great quick family friendly service. We brought my truck there for a bumper repair. Quote was reasonable and they coordinated with the insurance company with no issues. They had the truck for less than a week and we picked the truck up looking like new again. Overall great service I would highly recommend.

After the big storm that knocked so many trees down, SSR Collision was so helpful with answering questions and with getting the work done I needed on my vehicle as timely as they could. There were a lot of vehicles that needed work! I’m grateful for their good service and the friendliness they gave, especially when they were busy, busy!

These guys were excellent in terms of being fair. Manny was a great dude. I didn’t get my car repaired because it was totaled but they were helpful in getting my car put out front so i could move it to another location. They were great communication and told me about the insurance folks.

This body shop has the most personal touch of anyone I tried. I haven’t even gotten my car into their shop for the actual repair yet but the manager, Manny has spent HOURS of time on my car. Negotiating aggressively in my defense with the insurance company and much of it was on his personal time. He helped me when no one else could be bothered and all before he even knew that I was going to bring the car there to be repaired! They are busy for a reason and I would recommend this shop to anyone. I have no doubt the work will be completed exactly as he has promised, this shop has integrity.

I had a whole ordeal - someone from outside the US had a rental car and backed into my car while I was traveling. Figuring out the insurance was a huge headache, but SSR Collision patiently helped me work through it. They even got my repair done a few days before it was scheduled to be done, and they did a great job!
