10/16 Updated: 100 day is not money back. The
Adjustable base is non returnable. The i8 we got has been bothering back and causing problems. It took the pad topper and memory foam topper to get the bed where I could have the numbers high enough to support my back. Pillows and sheets are returnable but not the base. As a disabled veteran with back issues I needed support and the out the box bed didn’t cut it. They scheduled install of foam inserts but changed the schedule time to be before they were delivered the day of which blows my mind as they did not confirm I would be home earlier, they then said they couldn’t reschedule for 2 weeks. Not recommend this mattress for those with back issues as you’ll need all the extras to get the quality of a $5k mattress.

Mr. Rory was a professional and knowledgeable salesman. My fiancé and I walked into the store not knowing what type of mattress we wanted and he helped us find our dream mattress. He was very patient with us and showed us the different types of mattresses and helped us narrow down the one that fit our needs. We are so thankful for all of his help!!

Excellent customer service. They made sure all my questions were answered. Salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. No pressure on me to buy. Have purchased a bed from this store in the past and came back to purchase another one. I have fibromyalgia and this is the only bed I can sleep on.

Andy was awesome! My review is on the location as we have not received our bed yet. The entire team took a lot time with us and was accommodating to our needs. Everything was explained very thoroughly around policies, returns and next steps. Andy Understood our needs and was our advocate when others Encouraged the “ upsell.” If you’re looking for a new bed it’s worth your time to try this sleep number store and ask for Andy to get an Honest evaluation of your sleeping habits and the bed that fits you best.

Vikki was fantastic! From the minute we walked in the store she was friendly, knowledgeable, engaging and entertaining. She has dedicated herself to the product and believes in it 100%.
