I used this shop since it was State Farm approved, the Initial process of getting the car in was so so, the guy up front will be sort of weirdly hostile until you book with them and then he’s outrageously friendly. I then picked my car up and they returned the keys to me with this white compound all over the side they did body and paint work on. One of the guys took it to the back, just to return it to me with only half taken off. Since I don’t drive the Vehicle often, I’m finding things that weren’t there when I dropped the car off such as some sort of overspray coating my mirror to make it extremely hazy, I have long drips lines of clear coat missing from the side skirt and clear coat damage to my carbon fiber rain guards from what looks like they put tape on it and it pulled clear coat when removing it. All of this stuff miraculously appeared only on the side they worked on. Whoever signed off on the car to be returned to me did not do a final inspection whatsoever.I spoke to the weirdly hostile guy on the phone about 2 weeks later just for him to be hostile and telling me to bring the car in. I’ll have to pass on that. They do good body work but be wary of the small stuff

I had a great experience with Sky Collision. From my first phone call they were very helpful and explained what next steps were. I was also connected to them through text updates. My truck ended up being a total loss and Sky Collision handled everything with my insurance to remove it. It was a very easy process which really helped in such a rough time. I’ve also had a couple relatives use Sky Collision and were VERY satisfied with the quality of their work. I strongly recommend using Sky Collision.

The front bumper on my sons car was loose due to a missing clip. I called several body shops and no one wanted to help. I sent my son to Sky collision and not only did they do it in less than 5 minute but they also did it free. That is why moving forward this is the only body shop I will ever use. The damage don’t look that bad, but this collision center went the extra mile to clean my headlights, car wash in/out.Customer service don’t seems to be nice, but when they talk to you they are super nice, polite, and knowledgeable.Honestly I don’t expect any business to be nice, as a customer I only expect a business to do a good job. This collision center did amazing job.I really recommend 100%.

Stopped by the shop last week to get a quote on my car, seemed like nice guys and said they could get me in the end of the month. Mike was unable to open a PDF file I sent him and told me I needed to drop it by in person. I brought it by in person today only to be told by Mike he has already opened it and had decided he didn't want the work. Would be really nice if people would treat others with respect and value their time. A simple email or any communication to let someone know you dont want the work isn't a big ask. When you are sloppy with the very basics I wouldn't trust you to fix my car.

I just called (2/6/2023 8:30) the collision center, knowing that ALL collision centers around are booked for the next 4-9weeks. I asked if he could tell me an estimate for a tear down of a tow in. He said “a tow in? We aren’t accepting tow in, we’re booked to max capacity “, as I was telling him, I understand that and was asking when he’s scheduling for tear downs, he hung up on me. Like what in the actual F. I’ve never had that happen to me!!! I’ve worked in CS and car industry, so I know a tad about how the tear down works, and how to talk to people. No thanks sky collision. I’ll take my $25k (minimum ) job elsewhere.

Initially I thought this shop was the best. They were welcoming and got everything set up smoothly. There are areas of improvement for sure though. They have had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks, it was supposed to be done last week but they forgot a part. Which although they had the part the same day the vehicle still isnt complete. The only way to get any communication or updates from them is to call them for yourself they will not call you.Services: Body & Trim

I brought my car to Sky Collision for an estimate on what I thought was damage to my car. They looked at it and called a technician out to look also. The technician left and returned with liquid and a cloth. He removed the paint damage left by a scrape in a parking lot. There was no damage to my car. The best part was they said NO CHARGE. I had to take my vehicle back because it wasn't fixed correctly the first time. (I even had to call them to make sure my part was in to get it fixed the second time). It is still not 100% correct but I'm tired of wasting my time. Very unprofessional.Service: Body & Trim

Sky Collision did a great job on a repair that I needed, and the damage was pretty extensive!They were fast, too. That is in a time where finding replacement parts for a 2022 model vehicle is no easy task!I cannot see any difference between before the dear swerve to a curb and now.I will definitely use them again if needed.I will show it before and after so you can be the judge, but what you can't see is the amount of damage that was done to almost every steering component for the left front wheel.

I had an issue with a carwash taking off my back panel on my car & taking the rear seal off of my window. I brought everything to them to have it fixed. They had my parts for 3 months. When I would call about it they would give me the run around. Finally one day I drove up here & they said whomever I had been speaking with no longer worked there & they had no idea what I was talking about nor where my parts were. They eventually found my parts & today after 3 and a half months they fixed the issue. HOWEVER, upon getting back to my car, they had gotten grease & Mudd all in my car. Didn't put the seal on correctly so I had to go back in & have someone else come out to fix it. This place is unprofessional on so many levels. I will never take any of my vehicles there. If I was you, I wouldn't either.

First time using Sky Collision after a recommendation and very impressed with their service. Presley was excellent. Very knowledgeable, honest, and took care of the issue promptly. Great personal customer service which can be hard to find at some of the big box shops. Thanks again and will definitely be back and recommend you to friends and family.

Had Sky Collision paint an aftermarket hood for my car. I know this is a small project so I had limited expectations up front. Still, communication was not great with Presley. The hood had been delivered to them for over a week and they didn't let me know it had arrived undamaged until I called and asked. I had requested a modest deadline for finishing the project, which Presley initially said would be no problem. When the deadline came, I called to see if it would be finished in time. The initial answer was no. Then Presley called back and said it would be fit in that day. Great news, and it was, but it was clearly a rush job, with underside of hood still showed primer in areas (I was told that both sides would be painted and clear coated) and one spot on top of the hood showed an undulating surface (was told that was caused by the baking process on a fiberglass hood, but I don't think that's the case...just poor finish work) Came back 1 week after initial pickup to have the hood buffed out. The buffed hood looked worse than prior to buffing, with swirl marks showing in the clearcoat. They also installed the windshield washer nozzles that came with the hood. The nozzles weren't aligned, and screw hole for mounting the nozzle was stripped out leaving the nozzle dangling. Again, small project with lower expectations, but still somewhat disappointed with Sky Collision.Service: Painting
