Regular gas price is competitive so it lures you in and you can get Kroger points...but premium is jacked up higher than I've ever seen anywhere! Usually it is 50-70c more per gallon. Here it was $1.54 more per gallon. I thought I wasn't seeing straight. Wish I hadn't put a drop in. Will never go back

Most of the pumps are out of order and the screens on the other pumps are unreadable/broken requiring you to go inside to pay.

Advertised regular gasoline only at $2.59 per gallon on roadside sign. One would anticipate the difference between regular and premium grades to be approximately 70 cents. Shaded out per gallon prices on pump screen. Difference in the two grades was $1.70, not 70 cents. By the time you realize it, they got you. I had to go inside to get the receipt. When I mentioned it to the two guys behind the counter, they just looked at one another and laughed and laughed, suggesting they knew exactly what they were doing and had heard the same customer complaint many times before. Although they are in my traffic pattern, I won't let them do it to me again. "Don't let 'em get you brother; you're the one." (Tombstone movie reference)

Very slow pumps. 10+ minutes to fill up. Don't fuel here if you're in a hurry. Asked clerk what the problem was and his response was: "Sometimes they're slow." ?♂️

Overpriced dump. Top tier fuel is the only reason I purchase here infrequently. Never any hand towels. Never any receipt paper. Always more expensive than other local stations. The place is dirty and run down. It is obvious that the owner doesn’t care and Shell should pull their affiliation. I wonder what other corners they cut. Corporate Shell, are you listening?
