Seth was our technician very knowledgeable about his job.went out of his time to explain things we had Questions about.He also did his job even with rain and high winds we were dealing with.wonderful company prices very reasonable and the dispatcher was great also.will definitely use and spread the word for this company.

Mr.Smith, tech/engineer from Septic Blue fixed the Septic Tank which had not been emptied in 10 years. It took 2 days of work but as far as I can tell was successful. Obviously, it will take some time/use until we have confirmation. He was very careful, explained everything, and ended by covering and grading the dug up area satisfactorily. A man to have confidence in. Thank you.

Derek and his colleague were very informative and let me know my options. They told me what was in the system that should not have been in there so that I can no longer use or make the corrections to keep my septic system from costing me a ton of money with what is going into it. I have never had a septic tank before I moved into this house and am learning a lot, some costly. I will definitely be using them again when I get my septic system pumped in 2 years!

Joshua, is a very nice young man.He came to look at my septic to drain it.But, we discovered other issues, and it could've been worse. Joshua, explain the situation and cause of the problem. He went to work and fixed all issues and that made the Mapp family very happy. To: Septic Blue, you all got a young fella that gets the job done. And he's a very professional and experienced technician.

Chris Yoder did a great service educating us on how our septic system works based on our water usage. This information was very helpful because it helped us learn how to manage our system better by being more mindful of the need to allow time lapse between water usage. For example, stop running the washer at the same time as the dishwasher is running to allow the system to handle/drain the volume of water that is being pumped into the septic tank. He share how weather/rainwater could also affect the drainage of our septic system.Chris is very knowledgeable on his profession & was kind enough to share that knowledge with us. This will allow us to become better consumers.We highly recommend Chris Yoder as your technician.
