If you want to discontinue load management they cannot give you a date when it will take place. The subcontractor doesn't advise Sawnee or the customer. This equipment continues to cause problems with my a/c unit. Unacceptable!

I have had service with Sawnee EMC for 30 years and have found their service very reliable, reasonable and great customer service. When they retire bonds, I even get a check since it is a coop. What a bonus. In addition, they damaged my mailbox, left me a note that they would be replacing and who to contact for more information.
