This pharmacy is a continual answer to prayer for our family. We gladly drive 40 minutes up from Suwanee/Duluth because they help us source a particular brand of medication, one that Kroger does not carry. Our son could not function without it. Randy is always so helpful and kind; he treats us like family.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was on hold for five minutes and wondered if I had gotten disconnected. I called back and asked how much longer it would be (NOT in a snarky manner). I just wanted to know if I'd been disconnected or if I should call back later in the day. The pharmacist himself rudely schooled me on how long he has to wait on hold transferring other people's medications to his store and that I shouldn't complain about five minutes. I tried to explain I just wondered if I ought to call back later and he kept on. I transferred my prescription to Publix instead as their price and customer service exceeded that of Sawnee Drug. I had high hopes for this mom and pop store but my hopes were massively deflated! Never again.

Just got off the phone with Sawnee Drug asking about a breathing tool my grandmother needs. The girl on the phone was rude and hung up on me without checking anything. It first sounded like she didn't know what the item was, then when I explained further, she just said no! and hung up. Very rude customer service and will not be patronizing them.

My entire family uses this pharmacy. We love the people who work there and we feel like they look out for us and our children! There is something to be said about a family owned business!

I wanted to return a wedge pillow that sat on the shelf for 3 years and dry rotted. It was hard as a rock, was cheap (literally like 30 cents of foam), made in Communist China. This cost me $40 at a time when I physically wasn’t well enough to go shopping for something better.The owner didn’t even ask why I wanted to return it, it was a simple flat out NO.So buyer beware, shop places that are honorable and stand behind the products they sell.

We were referred to this pharmacy by our new HCP, as being an "in-network" provider. We called to verify the cost of a regularly taken medication. The policy of this pharmacy is not to call about any medication until the prescription is presented in house. The pharamacy company will then call the "Drug Store" to verify cost then get back to you on the supposed in-network cost of the drugs. We feel this is a "GOTCHA" policy in order to capture your prescription into their system. It is sad and unfortunate that a simple phone call for a 30 day supply of a medication cost cannot be answered by the entry of information into the computer. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Love this family owned pharmacy. Treat you like a human being. Quick in filling scripts. Helpful. Also have lovely diabetic shoes and other supplies for elderly or disabled.
