I don’t know what all the negative reviews are about. I just left this store and honestly, my experience would’ve been COMPLETELY different if it wasn’t for the amazing employees!First, as I was walking in, the guy that worked there was holding the door open for me. I wasn’t even close so didn’t think it was for me!Then as I’m attempting to remember the colors I used to use to color my own hair (I’m going back to that since everything has gotten so expensive, I figure I can save A LOT of $ by doing my own color), a girl named Victoria that works there came up and walked me through getting everything I needed. Without her, I would’ve left wondering if I had the correct items.The other guy was also busy helping other customers.When I went to check out, Victoria updated my address, helped me to get a 15% discount as well as offer me other ones.I cannot for the life of me understand how anyone would not absolutely LOVE this friendly, and well stocked store!

Hours of operation are until 10am-8pm on Fridays. It is 7:42pm and your door is lock.This is a huge inconvenience for many of us. There were 3 of us outside in total.I will be calling the corporate office.

I tried to stop by today with my 2 young children. Unfortunately they decided it was appropriate to put pride decorations at my kids’ eye level on the front door. People can certainly live however they want but nobody needs to rub my kids noses in their personal life. I’ll shop somewhere that doesn’t attack me.

Tori (NOT Lurri lol) was amazing help! I walked in yellow and bright and she listened to my end goal, offered a great toner and then a phenomenal mask that SAVED my hair and it has never been so healthy after a box bleach (and then ending with a more traditional/healthy route lol) the Bond mask was everything I had ever hoped olapex to be!!! Pictures show my walk in color and my color today after a 2 masks, shampoo and conditioner ? thanks again tori

First, wanna say check our group out on FB"The HomelessBound Project" We are people helping people.A summary on my Sallys Visit went like this. I was helped by a new associate and the advise she gave me didn't work. I need toner to remove the orange from my hair. I got what she recommended, plus a shampoo as well. Neither did the job. Better luck next time!

the two employees in the store at the time (girl with blonde hair & guy with purple hair) were soooo attentive and helpful!! great at giving advice and very knowledgable about the products, my new favorite sallys!

I bought a hair clip for my child, it didn't fit her in size, it's been two days and I can't return it. What's the problem, she didn't even wear it, what kind of store policy do you have?

I purchased a $70 Ion hairdryer which made my processed hair feel more dried out. The purchase was on Nov 14 '22 & I took it back with cash receipt on Nov 23. The clerk stated their holiday policy was NO returns on electric tools, even tho the back of my receipt stated return with receipt would be honored within 60 days. She said I could speak w/the Mgr but she was on break & would not return (from the office in the back of the store) for 20 minutes. She was adamant I could not return the dryer WITH receipt! I went out to my car, called Sally Corp who told me that the store mgmt/clerk were OBVIOUSLY confused. She called the Mgr. I went back in, the Mgr never EVEN looked at me, never said hello, or offered any type of apology or said ANYTHING to me as she processed the refund. I advised Corp no one should patronize a store where customers are treated this shabby - & she agreed! -and apologized profusely for the snotty Mgr. Don't patronize this store - go to another Sally. The people in this store couldn't care less about the customer.

Purchased some hair extensions. Bought the wrong length and they wouldn’t let me bring them back even though they were I touched I called and ask to return them 5 minutes after purchasing and she said “hair extensions are final sale” that would’ve been nice to know before I bought them instead of afterwards.

To the righteous employee with the bright pink long hair who told my 5 year old to stop touching the little hair color displays, if you want to give my child a lesson in manners, here’s a lesson for you in customer service: The next time a customer comes in, and you are stocking the shelves in the immediate vicinity of where your customer is trying to look for a it, offer to temporarily stop what you’re doing, get out of their way, and let them spend money in your store. Because that is why you have a job and get paid. #2) when the customer asks for for help, don’t treat them like they are rudely interrupting you, and ignore them, but instead, offer to help them. If I were your manager, I would be giving you a crash course on the basics of customer service… but then again, these days, managers are just happy to fill an opening with a body, no matter what skill sets, customer skills, or attitude that person has.Oh, and when I complained to her co-worker about her (who also had a very poor attitude and was equally as snarky), she defended her by saying, “she just doesn’t want your daughter getting other people sick by touching all the displays.” Ummm… my daughter is 4. Have you seen many 4 year olds who stand still and don’t touch anything??!!! And do you think either of them were wearing masks? Of course not. Oh, and it’s ok that EVERY grown adult looking for a hair color in there touches all kinds of the color samples.If I could give this store location a 0 star review, I would have. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!

Workers are very nice but I honestly feel a bit harassed by how often they pop up and ask if I need help. Kinda makes me wonder if I'm being followed cause they think I'll steal? Frustrating, and makes the trip very stressful but maybe wouldnt bother an extrovert. I was also misinformed of APR info (the deciding factor behind my application) of their store credit card, so don't even think about signing up in store. Do research online and sign up there if you really want one (but I still never recieved it and they say thats a common issue so proceed with caution). They have a better variety of hair dyes than other locations which is good
