I scheduled an appointment for them to come and replace my windshield at my dorm because I’m a college student and can’t set aside much time in the week. My Dad prepaid for me and I assumed they already knew that they could do my windshield. The day before the appointment the canceled the appointment and rescheduled me to THE NEXT DAY. A friday at 9:30 AM. Without even speaking to me. We had already paid this is ridiculous. The least they could do was just cancel and wait till I called back. The fact they just assumed I could drive an hour and a half away from where I live, early in the morning, during the work week is actually ridiculous. The fact I already had set aside time is extremely inconvenient.
If you want someone to be reliable, look somewhere else.

1. Make sure you have no error codes on your diagnostics.
2. Safelight rescheduled out 2 weeks due to not having the windshield for my car.
3. Three weeks later, took an hour and call center to get person onsite to confirm and give me a call about the appointment they rescheduled.
4. Call center issues getting a person from the location to verbal confirm the windshield is onsite.
5. Make it there, an hour later, they can't replace due to company policy on diagnostic codes.
6. Left there no AC working, had to drive back.
7. after arguing with staff over "I arrived with AC, why does my
car no longer have the AC or defrost working? "
8. after threatening a complaint to store manager and corporate they fix what they broke.
9. windshield still cracked.

If I could give a 10 I would do it. I was given a 7:30 am drop off and I was having difficulty for a ride back to my house. I called the shop and Krysta who works there gave me a 1pm drop off and explained everything to me and how it works as to why I didn't have to leave my car so early only to have the work done later on. Great customer relations

I took my 2017 Toyota Tacoma in yesterday to have the windshield replaced. The entire process went very smoothly. Everyone I spoke to there was very kind and professional. I received a reminder text the day before my appointment. I got there ten minutes before my appointment time, and they promptly started on my windshield replacement. They had all the work completed in a timely manner, and then afterwards walked me through exactly what they did to recap the work done. Overall I’m extremely happy with the way everything turned out. I recommend this place to anyone looking to have similar work done on their vehicle.

My insurance partners with Safelite and told me to go to this location even though it is a drive. I decided to call to see if they could get the part needed before making the drive, turns out, it is all automated messages. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. It is going to take the dealership a month or get the correct glass it would have been a waste of time for both myself and safelite to make an appointment and then not be able to get the glass on time. A simple 5 min conversation would have solved that.

Had to go to them but had great service . The technician was courteous and professional. Wait time was within reason. The website was easy to use and was able to preorder the glass and file insurance right on the website. Thank you Safelite for a smooth process in a timely manner.

No communication between office to technicians. I took off the day for them to come and repair, and on day of the technician asks me to send picture. I sent that the first day I even set an appointment online. Last girl I spoke to at the office sounded so annoyed to have to help me. I’m not the expert windshield person here. She didn’t go the extra mile to find out what kind of glass I had on a 2024 vehicle. She answered the phone “hello” , like she was at home and I was disturbing her. They lost business on a brand new windshield for a 2024 model.

I purposely drove farther to this Safelite location because the ones in my area all had 2 star reviews. I do not regret my decision because this Safelite location was awesome! I had to get my entire windshield replaced and as soon as I arrived I was greeted by the very friendly front desk lady. She ensured my car would be ready to pick up by the end of the day but it was actually ready in less than two hours! During the process, I was getting text messages updates and when the mechanic finished, he called me to talk about everything that was done on my car. Come to this Safelite location if you need any auto glass repairs.
