I purchased a Ronda Smith LV necklace from a local boutique in Va. After 2 months the necklace lost a jewel. The boutique has tried to reach Ronda for a month but no reply.

I bought one of your gorgeous necklaces to wear to an Alzheimer's event. It was the most beautiful color of purple beads and a gold/purple drop. Purple is the color that represents Alzheimer's Awareness. Thanks for helping accessorize my outfit perfectly.
