The best shop I’ve ever taken any vehicle too. Every time I pick my truck up from Ree’s it’s running better than ever and stays running better than ever. These guys are fair and honest and not looking to make a buck off you for no reason.

Long story short. After having a rebuilt engine put in by Rees auto last year, I didn’t make it but about 20 minutes down the road before the check engine light came on. I immediately took it back. They said it needed another engine. It’s now been about 8 months. I’ve gone through 4 engines with this company. Though they did cover it under warranty. I was left for about two months without my vehicle just for warranty work. John and Heather failed to give updates and constantly lied about parts arriving and when truck would be ready. John and Heather were both very rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. They misaligned my hood causing paint to chip as well. Also the warranty is now up and i am once again having engine issues/ loosing oil. I’d advise everyone to stay far away from this place. Some of the worst customer service and workmanship I’ve ever experienced.

They have a long history of being mechanics and give you honest answers. I bounced around a number of mechanics in Forsyth County and got serviced by some real sharks! They are exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend them. I come from a long line of mechanics and I have worked as one.

Honestly one of the best shops I’ve worked with always there when I need them and the work is always done in a timely manner they especially work very well with my schedule with me working nights and everything heather is amazing and is definitely one of the reasons I even go there in the first place

I used Ree’s automotive to change my tires and do an alignment. The customer service was phenomenal. Unfortunately, that’s where the good ended. When I went for my appointment they had the tech call out. The tech that covered did not really know what he was doing. Tires were overinflated(found out months after when I checked why my tires were wearing wrong) and the alignment was done wrong. Then they tried to sell me a timing job(the owner himself) but had no clue what the job consisted of when I asked a simple question.

They horrible! They tell you one thing is wrong with the car and then it’s something else they want you to pay for! They just lie so much especially Heather and the owner John has the worst attitude. Definitely shouldn’t be in business working with customers! Be careful taking your car there! And they charge $150 an hour! Crazy! Take your car somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Can’t wait to see their reply is on here. Nothing but lies I’m sure are coming

Amazing service, went above and beyond to help me out in a bad situation. Never once felt like I was taken advantage of and they were very transparent and upfront with everything. Couldn't recommend more!

Rees has done work for my fleet of service trucks and have always honored their pricing, been prompt in getting the repairs completed, and worked with us to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction.Most recently the swapped an engine in our high milage truck. While the replacement engine had issues they replaced it under their warranty. After a few months of driving we had issue with that engine and again the honored their warranty and made the necessary repairs replacing both heads on the engine.I totally satisfied with their work and performance and glad to have them as a vendor.

I took my car there for an exhaust problem. They temporarily "fixed" the problem by spraying something that cut off the leak which costed $100. They stated multiple times that this temporary solution will be enough until they order the part and get it replaced. After 10 days, I asked them if the part has arrived and they said they would contact me when it arrives. On 14th day, I followed again and they are saying now that they never ordered the part. Now, they wasted all my time plus the car is really messed up because of their "temporary solution until the part gets here". Not an honest business, not recommended. Wasted 2 weeks of my time, I could've ordered the part myself and take it to a shop to change it out by now. Horrible experience.

Great Automotive Care by honest folks. On 2 different occasions my family has had major issues with a car and had to take it to Ree's last minute. They have been very honest both times with everything that needed to be done. They truly care about their customers. I would not hesitate one moment about taking any of my families vehicles there and they have our family as customers for life after our experiences with them. Not many honest auto care places that I've found in recent time so please give them your business so we can keep the honest ones around for years to come. Thank you Ree's Automotive!!
