We handed them a mess and they made magic! Their tenacity drove them to leave no stone uncovered. From day one, they gave us their commitment to see it through and seeing it through they did. Even when things didn’t seem doable, they never flinched. Lee and Sandy are an unbelievable team dedicated to their clients. Exceeded my expectations. After a poor experience with different lender, I was referred to Lee.He immediately applied an objective and positive perspective to my case. This resulted in immediate solutions, eliminating unnecessary procedures, and meeting my original closing timeline. Lee was quick to address every question and concern along the way. It was like having him on speed dial regardless of the time. I think the man never sleeps.His team, specifically Sandy, provided support on a level rarely seen in any industry these days. Lee and Sandy are both AWESOME ! When I say Lightning fast on response...If that is what you are looking for Lee is your man. Between he and Sandy - they answered every email, text and phone call super fast. They explain "all things buying" in a way that is easy to understand and follow. Keeps you up to date on where you are in the process and if there is a hiccup - Lee or Sandy hands you the bag to get over the hump. We were on a tight schedule - and they met every challenge with expedience and kept the ball rolling on the purchase of my new home. We went from under contract to in the home in less than a month. Big Shout out to Lee and Sandy for all the assistance! We are really excited about our new adventure!
