Parking is very limited and gas station area filthy dirty. They need to pressure wash the whole parking and gas station area and gas pumps. The revenue is there, so use it for a pressure wash!!!

I’ve been waiting outside for 40 minutes for them to unlock the doors, and during that time, I’ve watched 10 people come and go. When they are open, the line is ridiculously long and moves at a snail's pace. It’s frustrating to the point where you just don’t have the time to wait. I really hope they can improve their service!

I went in there a week ago and you know I’m over 45 the cashier in the daytime sold me my cigarettes without showing id and I have been in that store a number of times without showing id for cigarettes well went in there tonight and the young man said can I see your id well I had a headache I was upset because I needed some nicotine it was after I got off work trying to find my id I told the young man that no one there ever asked me for id before he surged with me saying yes they do so I got a little upset because he was basically saying I was a liar and I’m not lying about that and first off I will not come back to that store because the cashier argued with me and everywhere I have worked that sells cigarettes says I’d them if they don’t look 40 I understand racetrac has a policy that’s not the problem but what really got to me is after I told your employee nobody on dayshift has asked me for an id he stood there saying yes we do yes we do and I know good and well no you don’t so after having a bad day already I finally found my id and threw it on the counter I get you have a policy but don’t you make it out like the customer is a liar that is the way I felt you don’t argue with customers I’m sorry I got mad at the young man he was nice but still arguing if you go into a store and you are paying for something you should get respect and racetrack should do something about their employees not checking ids you should never argue with a customer that makes them feel like nothing and I was having a bad day anyway and I’m sure racetrac could careless about their customer. Because it looks like they train their employees to argue with customers I blame racetrac not the young man

Ya know how when a place is open 24 hours and there are employees inside that usually means you can buy stuff there? Racetrac makes every effort to make sure that isn’t the case when you go there. People inside, doors locked, and when you press the button for “buying cool stuff overnight” the people that I know are inside all run to the back and hide. Not just this one either. Every single one. They need to change their hours because this is absolute nonsense.

Store is fine, but avoid this location if you have a trailer, large truck, or motor home. Space is already tight, add to this the commercial trucks parallel parked on the road side and delivery vehicles in front of the store and it can be tough to maneuver.

It's 1 o'clock in the morning. I'm trying to get some gas to get home. After getting enough work, I'm coming to gas creation often and there's always the issue. With this gas sticks right now, it is Thursday. The eleventh of april aint they're close due to not having no staff. So I can't get gas. Because I wanna pay cash and now. Can I get any gas? You're a gas station. You do not have any employees to sell me gas. I don't understand this. I feel like I'm never gonna come back to this gas station. From now on I'll be going to quick trip. I will go up exit and go to another gas station. This is embarrassing for you. Your company has been around the long time. And I usually come to all your race right as soon as I see him. Because they were very nice gas stations. But I wanna try to get gas to get home now. I gotta go look around and get some gas. Yes, it's my fault for not having gas before I go to work. But I thought you guys would be open like you always are but guess not just left me hanging. Appreciate all the love and hate. It's just gave me not having an employee just to hit the pump. So he could take my money So I can get home. Thank you so much for helping me out. I'm done with you guys appreciate all the help bye
