So I was having issues with my MB52 this weekend, and called Tk the shop supervisor. He walked me thru a few things and we got out on the water and as it turns out the boat failed on us. So hauled the boat to the shop on Monday which I think they are closed but the guys and Tk were working and he jumped right on my boat, found and solved the problem. I just wanted to give a shout out to Tk for being there when I needed him and fixing my boat so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. I can’t say enough about the service at Pull Marine, Tk and the boys are always there to take care of what ever my needs are right away.

Andrew Classon and I want to personally recommend PULL Watersports for the outstanding service they provided. We were in a bind when our work boat engine died on us and PULL had a brand new engine in stock (boaters know how rare this is) and were able to help remove our old engine and install the new in a speedy timeframe! They made the process easy and seamless from the sale to service and removed all stress for us. We were back on the water to serve our customers in no time. This is not our first experience with PULL. They service our surf boat as well for all routine maintenance. The service department and sales department are always helpful and willing to answer all of our questions. Thanks PULL!

We used this shop to repair and paint the bottom of our ski boat as well as winterize it. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job. I will continue to use them in the future.

I want to give a shout out to the people at Pull Marine Services and Pull Watersports .I live 3h from the dealership and initially had concerns when looking to order a boat without support close by. Perry Serwitz and the crew assured me that they would take care of me. Well, today they stood by that promise and service manager Tk Fuller made the 3h trip to perform a warranty repair.I can't speak highly enough of that dealership and their service department. Was in a bind needing to get my boat winterize, with the winter weather coming this week. None of the other places I called were able to make time before they closed for the holidays. Chad at Pull went above and beyond and got my boat winterize that afternoon. And for less than the marina was trying to charge.

Pull Marine ripped me off for $2k. I brought my boat in not running and when they where done with it, I picked it up not running. When I dropped it off and during the first part of them having it, I told the guy several times that I want all of the old parts that they take off, if any. I got none at pickup and they couldn’t find them when I asked for them. Also, through the whole process, I expressed my concern to make sure the motor would run correctly before doing any other work that they said it needed. And they didn’t. Not to mention the wooden engine cover/deck was totally broken while in their possession and the wooden trim that the shifter is connected to was falling down which was in perfect condition when I dropped it off to them. At pick-up, they stated that they couldn’t fix it because they don’t have support for Chris Craft boats. Well, is that my fault? They took it in. Then, their mechanic Eric said they didn’t do a compression check on the engine. Really? That’s the first thing they should have done. I will never use or recommend them ever again since I had to pay $2k for nothing.Service: Engine repair

Pull Watersports!!!Did an amazing job on our four Winn’s boat! The lower unit and prop had to be totally replaced. Their price was exceptional, they were very patient with the insurance process. I will definitely be back for any of my boats needs! Thanks to mark and TK

Put in the shop end of January for a power problem. They tell me I have to have inside of my boat 'cleaned' and detailed ($600!). Then I need a battery $200; then I need a fuel pump $474; then they winterize my boat with spring and summer coming up, without my authorization! Then they tell me I need a new motor $5200. They tell me this last part in June!! Just pump you for money....STAY AWAY.

I would highly recommend Pull Watersports. I have been in a jam a few times and they bailed me out. From what I have seen they stay pretty busy there, but always have time for you. Its rare to find a business like that these days, especially in the boating industry. Its clear they have solid leadership and treat people like family. Highly recommend.

We were highly recommended to Pull Marine Service for a repair on our Sea-Doo we call and speak to Chris in service he asked us to bring in the boat for a quick diagnostic. Upon arrival Chris was assisting and gathering all information needed very knowledgeable & professional. In the process of getting the boat registered and checked in Jennifer walks out of no where doesn’t ask questions and says they were not taking any boats it will be until the end of Sept maybe October. A great way to nicely ask a customer to leave and refuse their business.

DO NOT GO THERE... The ABSOLUTE worst service experience in my life. I dropped off my boat back on Thanksgiving weekend. Had some routine winterizing and a few items to fix. Its been over 6 months and my boat is still not working correctly. They continue to say they are looking into the issues and still not once did they confirm that they are actually fixing the issues. From the lack of knowledge to boat maintenance and service, horrible communication skills and non existence responsiveness to the customers. This place is the absolute worst nightmare. They will lie to your face and tell you its being worked on this week... and then when you call back, (because they wont call me and give me any updates, it takes me calling them on the daily), they continue to say that its still not in the schedule yet for the repairs. Once you finally do talk to someone, they say that the boat is functional and we can take it when we want and bring it back when we are done to get it back into the shop for repairs (which will never happen, hence the 6 months they have had my boat. But then, after talking to the service techs... they tell me that there's electrical issues and safety issues that make the boat functionable BUT NOT reliable or safe. WORST SERVICE SHOP EVER!! Do not take your boat there if you value your money or possessions.
