First, I couldn't find flowers, which for some reason ended up being in the back of the store, by meat section.
Then I wanted cash back, but it didn't give me that option, just said 'approved, please remove your card'. Then when I went to customer service to request a cash back, they said I had to buy something else to use a cash back option. I bought another bouquet of flowers just for the sake of cash back option, it again didn't work because I inserted instead of tapping? Customer service said I had to buy something else again and tap the card to get a cash back option. I didn't need a third bouquet, so I left, but this store needs to make their cash back option available for anyone paying with a debit card or explain that it will only work when tapped. And maybe move flowers away from the food in the back of the store to the front where balloons and cards are?

We are spending a lot of money in public every month, I am trying to return the full price bought yesterday while today only half price, the lady at customer service very rude treated me and she even through away my receipt from yesterday, i called her if she still have my receipt, she said no, she even said to me very shameful, this the lady should shameful herself.
