Like every Publix I've visited, the store was clean, well stocked and the staff was friendly.
This chain is slightly more expensive than some, but their products are service are always excellent.

I went in yesterday morning and bought donuts from the bakery and they were very hard and tough which means they were days old. I buy these donuts at various locations so I know the difference in fresh and old, so no the donuts are not made fresh everyday at this location.

This location regularly has very long lines, terrible customer service, and the worst run deli section I have ever seen at a supermarket
EDIT 2: With four people waiting in line at the deli, only one employee was helping customers. There were three other employees in the area who saw us all waiting in line but kept restocking and cleaning instead. This was around 4 PM. Unfortunately this is what I have come to expect from this location. Multiple complaints to Publix have gone nowhere.

I placed an order online at 9:20 to pick it up at 9:45 and it arrived, it was not ready and the person took until 9:58 to place the order and it was poorly done ? everything went wrong

This should be a flagship store. The store's employees are World Class people and they make it easy to say that shopping there is a joyful pleasure.
