3 years b4 I appreciated a young boy to store manager. The boy took extra legal efforts to reduce the payment of medicines.
Also last month it was ok by transferring the medicine from another pharmacy.
Today(23 may 24), it's a bad experience. I got so cold response with lack of improvement against the voice of call attending male person at 5:48p. He replied this is his full voice. I asked him to transfer a medicine from Kroger 432, (2345, Bethelview Road branch).
He didn't listen carefully nor adopted the SOP.
At 7:03p I called again and a lady told me there's no thing showing in the record. I told her that I called earlier and got no response till now that's why I am calling again.
Then she put me on hold and again the same male person told me that the Kroger pharmacy does have any record. Actually he called Kroger (5550 Castelberry Road) then how he will get right information. This time his voice volume was good. He asked me the phone number of the said pharmacy which he can have from Google from where I told him. This conversation took 11m 42s.
At 7:46 I called again to check the status. The same male person attended the call again with the low volume and cold behavior.
I was astonished that there was a charge. Which was removed by presenting insurance card at the counter.
He should take all the information while transferring from Kroger or should have asked me earlier because majority are under medical insurance.

Very disappointing! Had the medicine but since I was a new customer, they would not fill it. It was saved for other customers. Not good service and now my son will NOT have the medicine that he needs.

This pharmacy is the absolute best, I can’t say enough about the kind pharmacist who is always on duty and who even remembers my name, that after just a couple of visits!! The pharmacist is an incredible human being and so smart and kind. He makes the pharmacy run efficiently and accurately but most importantly, he makes this a place where you feel welcome and comfortable, like family. The staff always gets my RXs right and they help me so much with my coupons and discounts when they apply. I really enjoy each visit, kudos to a store pharmacy team with such a great pharmacist and support team!!

My family has been going to this pharmacy for 8 years. It used to be a wonderful pharmacy but not anymore. Since the manager Rebecca left a few years ago it is now dreadful to go to. Pharmacist and techs there now can barely do their job, don’t apply coupons, never have scripts ready when they say they will or will take several hours to fill. Currently searching for other pharmacy options.

This was my best experience here in a very long time. The man working the hot section at the deli(I am so sorry to the sir, do not remember a name) tonight was so understanding and helpful, and my cashier Hannah was the sweetest and friendliest cashier I can remember having here in a long time. Multiple people in there made my night a lot better, and gave me a lot of love back for this location.

I am Publix loyal anyway. I love the company, I love their philosophy and interest in the community. I've known people who have worked at Publix and had wonderful experiences with them as employers. This Publix location is exceptional. They have a loyal staff, many who have worked with Publix for decades. You can always tell good management, and this one certainly has it. We are so fortunate to have Publix in our community.

Friendly, efficient and easy are the three words I would use to describe my experience at the Castleberry Publix. The young man at the Deli was courteous and helpful and the manager was knowledgeable about the type of sliced pork we needed. Great job!

March 16, 2022RE: The store manager5475 Bethelview Rd, Cumming, GA 30040Good afternoon,My name is Sheree, and I am Coca Cola Vender who has been to this location twice on a Wednesday, when the receivers are off work. I can only assume based on the attitude of the manager that checked me in today that he doesn't like checking in orders. The 1st time that I visited this location I greeted the manager that has dark brown hair with a "good morning" but did not receive a response. His mood was not good. I visit 30-45 different Publix stores and I never have a problem with my check in process unless the other party is in a bad mood or just has a bad attitude for whatever reason. When I visit Publix, because the orders are usually large, I rely on basic communication to efficiently get through the check-in process. Every store that I visit does their checking process differently, for example some receivers like to check in each item in order as it is on the invoice, other receivers like to check in their orders with the pallet sheets, and finally other receivers like to check in the products in bulk with an overall total. So today when I came into the store, the manager appeared to be very rude as he did not greet me upon my arrival. I brought in four pallets off my truck. I put two pallets in the store, I put two outside the store on the deck. As you may know this process takes time. This order also had returns as well so I proceeded to the back to retrieve the returns to bring them to the front of the store so that he could scan them, during the process of all this stuff happening, the store manager started to check in the products while I did my other duties. The store manager never provided specific instructions as to what and how, he wanted me to do things, he didn't say anything.Unfortunately, I'm not able to read minds. So, when it came time to close the invoice, he made the remark to me and I quote "FYI, you're supposed to be standing there helping me count the products, this is the second time with me that you did not help. My response was, and I quote "well that is not true I specifically remember standing next to you while I helped count on my last visit. The problem was you had an attitude problem at that time This is why I can remember the event so well!! If you wanted me to do something specific all you had to do was come to me and communicate how you wanted me to do it, you're the manager I'm just the driver!"Then he goes on to say he's going to contact my manager because the manager will be in the store later. I quickly let him know that that was no problem, I said I can contact the manager for you because it's no problem at all. I am very confident in my work ethic. I told him that I go to many Publix I don't ever have a problem and the problem is most definitely HIM!! I will not take being treated that way and talked down to like I'm not doing my job. Oh, and, he looked me dead in my face and said I don't have to communicate anything to you! So, the whole purpose of my long letter is to say that if you have a manager working at Publix that refuse to communicate with the people that he meets he's not really a manager. the whole basis of business is on communication. if you don't have communication, you have nothing. and unfortunately, I think that's what you got when you hired him!

If y'all need a pharmacy that goes above and beyond to help your family....search no further. The pharmacy techs are really great as well. Kathy is always around for assistance; and Lara the manager is terrific. We have used this location for well over 12 years and they are flexiable and prompt when errors and mistakes crop -up.The system that reminds customers their regular meds are sent by text message as well. The drive-up window is very good when pressed for time ...as along as the line is not too long. If sundries are needed the staff is more than happy to come out to assist you.My uncle was a pharmacist for over 40 years and he always told me that if you cannot see a doctor.....your pharmacist is your best friend.

This is the most bizarre place! You either get unbelievable, over the top, outstanding service or you get hung up on or put on hold mid-sentence. If Kathy answers the phone just forget about it. Hang up and call back or ask to speak to someone else. It's obvious she hates her job and and wishes she didn't have to speak to you.

I tried to get a Moderna booster shot and the pharmacist was extremely rude and did not want to be bothered. She was rude to several people trying to get shots today. ??

I shop here for a wide variety of items, but come mainly for their meat, seafood and vegetables. They are fresh and kept presentable.I would not buy plants here. Plants take a while to show if they are good and will survive. Publix applies the same 30-day return policy. It was disappointing when they all died.
