My husband and I trust leaving ourbabies with the incredible teachers at Primrose and have enjoyed seeing how they have developed through the great care of Primrose. Also, we are forever in debt to the teachers at Primrose for teaching our children how to eat with silverware and potty train! It is such a relief to know that Mateo and Isabella are in the best of hands everyday. There aren’t enough wonderful words to say how grateful we are to the Primrose team.

We love Primrose because the staff treats our girls like their own. We feel there is genuine care and regard for our family, and that means everything to us. We watched our eldest daughter flourish from the infant class to EPS, and owe so much of that to Primrose. The teachers and admin staff, balanced curriculum, smiling photos throughout the day, and continuous improvement (painting of the facility, new equipment, & organic foods) are just a few of our favorite things. We also really appreciate the class sizes, teacher ratios, parent teacher conferences, and consistent communication. Thank you Primrose team!

PARENTS BEWARE. (Especially those with Children with special needs.) The ownership of this school has changed hands in the past year or so. Please disregard any reviews prior to this. The staff turn around at this school is absolutely alarming. Very few of the original crew still survive. We as parents wrote off and looked past some issues as growing pains but never saw much improvement. Our child was allowed to “do her own thing” basically without us knowing to try and correct the behaviors at home. Setting us up for failure when things started getting more structured. (GA pre-k). Lots of excuses from the staff here, not many solutions. The first 2.5 or so years here were wonderful and if you are reading this and were a part of our child’s life during that time, Thank you and we appreciate you.

My son is non verbal and wasn’t diagnosed autistic yet. The school was great up until early pre-k. He came home with multiple injuries and I was never notified until I would pick him up but the straw that broke the camels back for me was my son forgot his pacifier and I went back into a classroom to bring it to him and the lady that works at the front office was yelling at him about his shoe falling off. He was 1 or 2 at the time and said he wasn’t good fit because he couldn’t do circle time but it was really because they way more kids then teachers. I immediately took my son out and now he is flourishing and he isn’t a problem in his new aba school. ;)

Interior of daycare appears outdated, & we have noticed that faucet in preschool-1 bathroom frequently did not work, which raises concerns about children's ability to wash their hands properly. There are several safety hazards in both early preschool & preschool playgrounds, as well as multiple blind spots that make it challenging to adequately supervise children. Placement of thick plastic barriers has caused numerous children to trip & fall, leaving us puzzled about their purpose. My son experienced a significant chin injury when he fell from a slide, resulting in a deep cut that required 4 stitches. It is distressing that other children continue to fall & trip due to insufficient supervision. This pattern of negligence emerged following takeover by new management & coincided with arrival of Mrs. Rachana in preschool-1 class.Mrs. Rachana's conduct has been consistently rude & unprofessional often involving her shouting at children. Our conversations with other parents have revealed that they share same sentiments. While Mrs. Rachana provides false feedback directly to parents, her communication with management differs significantly. Her bossy behavior has led to several teachers leaving daycare or requesting transfers to different classes. Despite claiming to have several years of daycare experience, Mrs. Rachana lacks practical skills, genuine care, & compassion for children. She does not actively participate in essential caregiving tasks such as changing diapers, yet she asserts her role as lead teacher, leaving a single teacher responsible for managing entire preschool class. As a result, children with soiled diapers or accidents may have to wait longer for assistance due to limited staffing. Excessive workload has led to other good teachers leaving preschool. My 3yr old son was subjected to mistreatment & he frequently complained about pain in his arms & shoulders. When questioned, he revealed that Mrs. Rachana had forcefully pulled his hand, causing injury. Her constant nagging & belittling of my son resulted in his feeling sad & lonely, gradually slipping into a state of depression due to her harsh & unsympathetic behavior. Additionally, she submitted a biased assessment of my son, providing negative feedback based on irrelevant & nonsensical questions. Assessment itself raises doubts, as it includes queries about a child's sleep duration within a 24-hour period & whether child enjoys hugs or cuddles. Mrs. Rachana failed to apply common sense to these questions, as my son has always been affectionate towards his teachers & friends, a fact confirmed by other teachers. Assessment contained several other irrelevant & nonsensical questions. Mrs. Rachana fabricated complaints about my son's behavior, such as biting, self-harming, purposefully damaging objects, & prolonged tantrums. However, we have never witnessed such behavior at home or in other environments. It seems that Mrs. Rachana is only holding her position to receive a discount on fees, as her own children attend same daycare. This daycare lacks proficiency & do not promptly report injuries. In my son's case, he was bleeding for 15 mins & they failed to contact us promptly.Ever since new management took over, there have been negative changes. They have increased weekly & registration fees while reducing number of hours. Several competent teachers have been let go, while questionable teachers like Mrs. Rachana are retained. Before my son's last day at daycare, we had a meeting with Mrs. Rachana & Ms. Anu. Mrs. Rachana changed her answers & portrayed herself as innocent, pretending to be genuinely concerned about my son. Ms. Anu expressed a lack of concern for my son attending daycare, stating that there were already 100 kids on waiting list. Greedy & unprofessional!

This is second year that my child attends the summer program at this location. I appreciate the level of care and good communication from the staff and leadership. I experienced a genuine effort from everybody from Ms. Anu( franchise owner) and from the teachers in the class. Ms. Marnie, Ms. Heather, Ms. Manjusree, Ms Nayo and Ms Sree they were all amazing and made it a great experience for my child.

My son experienced a significant chin injury when he fell from a slide, resulting in a deep cut that required 4 stitches. Medical treatment cost us $1000. It is distressing that other children continue to fall & trip due to insufficient supervision. Luckily my son did not fell on his teeth and eyes. This all happened since there was no teacher monitoring on the playground. Several times we found bruises on his back and arms which eventually turned black in few days. It hurted badly but no incident was reported to us. We reported the safety hazard issues to Georgia's Department of Early Care and Learning but still no action was taken by management. Somehow my son was made a target since Feb 2023 ever since nnew management took over, coinciding with Mrs. Rachana's arrival in the preschool-1 class.Mrs. Rachana's conduct has been consistently rude & unprofessional often involving her shouting at children. My daughter has been here for almost 2 and a half years, she's now 4. We have had caring teachers that she absolutely loves. The curriculum is fantastic. I love what she's learning every day and so does my daughter. I love the variety of subjects the children are exposed to. I do wish there were more video cameras just for the sake of a momma's concerned heart... but maybe that's a goal for them in the near future?

I cannot say enough great things about this school and especially the infant room teachers: Mrs. Tyauna, Mrs. Zakira, and Ms. Parisa are all a blessing to both me and my son.As a single mom, a first time mom...AND having a pandemic baby - I was clueless about what I’d be walking into. The love and care they show my little guy is more than I could have imagined and I was absolutely terrified about leaving him in general. They walked me through every step. Even when the first day I had to drop him off at the front door because of Covid. Ms. Jessica coordinated it so that I was able to talk to Mrs. Zakira and get all my jitters about leaving my love bug for the first time. :)I cannot articulate enough how much he LOVES his teachers and the other babies in his class and I should note that every time I drop him off or pick him up, every single baby in the class has big smiles on their faces - which to me is a major indicator of the love these women show these precious little ones.In addition to these three very special women I have to say that Ms. Madison is also a favorite of my son. He lights up when he sees her...the same way he lights up when he sees Mrs T., Mrs. Z., and Ms. P. He also loves “blowing kisses” to Ms. Jessica, Ms. Kelly, and Mrs Robb as we leave for the evening.Choosing a daycare is such a huge decision and while I struggle with not being able to be with him full time, I know without a doubt in my mind that he is being taken care of and loved on while I’m at work.In addition to all this - this baby boy of mine is learning like crazy!!! He’s hitting milestones well before I anticipated he would and I truly credit the classroom environment he is in on a daily basis.I cannot speak to any of the other age levels but I can speak to the talent and dedication of the women in the Infant room and they have both of our hearts. Grateful he has them and grateful they spend so much time talking to me about first time mom questions I constantly have!! If you want your baby to smile every day he or she goes to “school” this class is, without a doubt, where that will happen. Highly recommended!!!I will also note I have zero affiliation with this school or any of the teachers who work here. I work in healthcare and take very seriously the level of professionalism combined with compassion shown by caretakers when it comes to care of “patients”. I view the care of our little ones on the same scale. They are held to an incredibly high standard - always. For the last 4 months, I’ve been thrilled with the level of care, compassion, and professionalism I’ve been shown.

My child was bullied by a student constantly at this location and the school did nothing. This child did the same to many students but my child was targeted and when I asked the teacher what was being done she basically said the school administrators would not allow the teachers to take action. The parents of this child were not called in and the child was allowed to come to school without action. I would not recommend this school unfortunately even though we had high hopes. I'm thankful this child is not attending the same school as my child and feel bad for any kid that has to deal with her bullying.

My daughter and I had terrible experience with the preschool. The student: teacher ratio is too high and some of the teachers were floating and constantly changing... my daughter had a few incidents during a two-month period and I happened to observe one from distance, which I didn’t get any report from the teachers. when I reported what I saw to the management they didn’t care and said it was common. Excuse me??? I am extremely offended by the bad attitude of Ms Kelly. I had to file a claim. Also the classroom was not clean and too many bugs around. Toys and books were old and in bad shape. Just be careful about the positive reviews most of them were from the school’s employees who are associated with the school. I am not associated with the school and my opinion is independent and unbiased.
