I’ve now been to this urgent care twice. The first time I got some slightly incorrect information from the receptionist and the provider was okay. This most recent time was great and the provider really did a good job. Overall between both visits this urgent care has been pretty good

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and efficient. There was not a big wait and the doctor seemed to listen to my issues and help diagnosis issue.

Beware. If your insurance is applying toward your deductible, Piedmont Urgent Care will be at least 3 times the cost of another urgent care. They were not even able to advise what the costs would be at the time - surprised by the bill. This was a 5 minute evaluation with no labs. Ugh.
