My son has been training with Coach Wayne at PPF for three months, and I have noticed a significant difference in him! Coach Wayne is great with children and motivates them to aim higher. I can see a positive improvement in my son's physicality and self-confidence. Although the owner, Coach Richard, is also a fantastic motivator, we didn't have the much opportunity to work with him as he primarily works with senior athletes.

Absolutely enjoyed working with the trainers here and the fellow people are nice.But, some of their policies can be better. You cannot pause your membership at any time. This is something that most of the gyms allow. So, if you sign a one year contract, but can't go to the gym due to travel or health reasons, then you have to pay for the entire year.I had a shoulder injury, so could not go to the gym for 5 months but I had to pay during those months, request to pause the membership was not considered.

Started 2 weeks ago, great instructors/coaches. They are very helpful and guide us with care. This place is a hidden gem. Absolutely love this place for its welcoming atmosphere . The owners treat everyone as one family.

This gym is awesome. The staff is super friendly. Facility has great equipment, knowledgeable trainers, very clean and neat locker rooms. Great prices for new members and an spectacular rewards program for existing customers

I love that I can push myself and go at my own rate and still work along side of others.I Love the lead, encouragement, a plan and that it's thoughtless.I love how cool it is and I'm so happy I found it.

This is a great place. Staff is fantastic. It is the cleanest gym around.If u need help this is the place to go. They have a complete Team training rooms with everything u need.

Power Performance Fitness is a great place for not just athletes, but anyone of all ages that wants to improve their physical health and better their performance. All the coaches are knowledgeable in what they do and do a great job motivating and helping everyone reach their personal fitness goals. 5/5 stars.

I highly recommend PPF to anyone looking for a community of like people willing to work hard to improve their overall health and fitness. Richard and his team of trainers will push you further than you ever thought possible yet respect your abilities and limitations. You will make friends with your sweat mates as you work through the workouts. I believe I'm coming up on my 6th year and I would not be the same person today without PPF.

I have been training at PPF for about 6 years now. The workouts are challenging and the staff will help you adjust according to your fitness level and abilities. I have been into fitness almost my entire life, but I have learned so much since starting here. My sons have been training at PPF over these last 6 years as well. They started off as 4th and 5th graders in the kids fit program and now are Junior and Senior in HS in the Athletes Class. It has been a fantastic experience for them in not only helping with their athletic performance, but also creating the building blocks for a lifetime of fitness. The gym has become an extended family for us. Even my wife, who hates to workout, enjoys going with me now.

Moving into my 60's I decided I needed to shake things up with my fitness routine. I joined PPF four years ago and have enjoyed the work outs, coaching and fellowship ever since. The staff does a great job working with the different skill levels of its members so all feel accomplished upon completing the work out of the day. I highly recommend to all.

I did my first workout 6 years ago to train for obstacle races and absolutely love the people and the trainers. All the trainers especially Richard and Rebecca push you to do your best but while making sure you are listening to your body. They offer a free 14 days period to get used to the gym and see how awesome it is. Different type of workout everyday plus yoga and boot camp on Sat!

Wonderful community of members and coaches. It’s more than a great workout (which it is). The coaches pay attention to details, and although it is a “class” format, they will modify any workout for beginners, injuries, etc.
