BEWARE: Worst banking experience EVER!I do NOT recommend establishing a business account here. In fact. I do not recommend doing business here at all!This bank makes simple transactions far more challenging than necessary.•They “sneak” fees in;•they clear your deposited checks THEN reverse the clearance•You WASTE valuable time in the branches due to systematic inefficiencies in their processesIt took me 45 minutes to close my account today. Ridiculous!

The place is ridiculous. I went in to do simple paperwork, and the lady went back and forth for help. They couldn't print out the paper! Then they called a 1800 number for guidance. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

This banks manager is a JOKE!! He has no business running this bank. His name is Nick! When I asked him his name he replied Nick. I asked for his last name, he replied it wasn't necessary. Then he said it was his policy to not give out his last name. I then asked for the manager, he reied I am the manger. I asked again his name, he replied Nick is all I needed

Ashley helped me fix most of the issues and thus I revised my star rating. This branch is deserted, very few bank employees and that too in a rotating basis. Keith is the worst and pretty rude. Moving my safety locker to PNC. I got a box with just one key. Then Ashley called me to say that they are rekeying thus I wont be able to use my box until they rekey the box, but the charging did not stop. I also opened a bank account with them and they could not print a debit card because the card printer was broken and I am still waiting. Not sure, I made a right choice to go with PNC.

Fantastic service!! PNC are great Banks!! I can actually say that for a half dozen banks!! However, this particular branch of this bank gives exceptional courtesy and customer service! To put it simply... they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and they meet your needs. Way to go!? Keep up the great work!

Cummings, GA. branch only for this rating. I called the bank to verify the routing number to reassure a deposit transaction from my account to another person's account and the receptionist that answered the phone wouldn't tell me the routing number to the bank. The routing number !!! Not an account number.

Worst service ever…they are lucky that they have option for 1 star,otherwise they deserves big zero…I went 3 times for my loan closing and still haven’t done it…they said you have to come one more time…They thought we are free and sitting at home,we don’t have any work to do…1st time I went there and loan officer told me I was scheduled for other day(while I already scheduled for that particular day on which I went),2nd time I went and I have ID and parmenant residence proof but ID was expired day before and I didn’t realise,but I have digital passport ,but they did not consider that,so I have to reschedule again…so I ask miss Theresa (loan officer) for particular day to closing which is Wednesday 07/27 9am to 10 am,and she did that..and I confirmed that are you working on this day,she replied yes I am working…I went today 07/27 ,9.15 am at bank…and manager told that “oh she is not here today,she is off…I apologise…”so why she schedule me for today?????? We are not free,we also working…yes we are getting loan from bank,but they are not giving for free…I am eligible to get loan and I have to pay interest as well…this is very unprofessional service and very disrespectful…so my advice is only that if you are free and if you don’t have to do anything then and only then go to PNC bank….bcz they thought they are the only one who is working…

Worst and pathetic service by Pranathi shettyI went to deposit a check for CAD she scanned and had some barcode printedI told very clearly what is the rate she told me until check is processed I cannot tellWhich is incorrect if you want to deposit cash will you tell or not ?Secondly because she endorsed now I went to chase bank multiple endorsements will delay processing checkJust because of her and the branch manager I am sufferingDon’t go to this branch
