The return policy is ONLY posted at one register, and on the receipt. And the policy is “exchanges ONLY within 15 days…So if you purchase a Xmas gift during the Thanksgiving shopping season, just know that you are stuck with your purchase if you gift it at Xmas!I made my purchase at the register that did NOT display the return policy, had not received my receipt yet and asked the young woman who was checking me out what the policy was. When I realized that I should not make a purchase as a gift until AFTER December 14th (so I could exchange within the 15 days), I said I didn’t want the product which had not even been put in a bag.There was a lot of irritation by the teenager, but the manager on duty refunded my purchase. Then the owner contacted the teenager to scold her for the return and it got nasty.This store has lovely items, but the customer service is lousy and the attitude of the teens at the register make it hard to choose to shop here.

I did the blanket workshop and was inspired that night by the owner. Such an amazing person.I started this blanket during the workshop and finished it after 2 weeks. My little Georgia Bulldog loves it..

I just had such an enchanting time in this sweet shop. It’s got everything you need of souther charm. I loved getting to have authentic conversations with the shop keepers and I would recommend this place to anyone needing a little faith “pick-me-up”. I spoke to the ladies that work here and each of them provided excellent service, but made me feel like family. Please, go see the lovely Savannah and her friends at Pine & Pigment. You can tell that it’s a magical environment for both the customers and the beautiful souls that call Pine & Pigment home. As a first time mom, delivering on October 30th, I am looking forward to reading this devotional for much needed encouragement. Thank you ladies for your kindness!

I am truly disturbed and upset from my experience with this store. When I first heard about this store from my mom I was truly excited to go as the candles and other products she had were amazing in smell and quality. We went into the location and spent roughly $200. My mom brought in already purchased candle with her so I can order the same scent, as the name was not on the candle. You can see from the video we walked in with that candle! Trish decided to call my mom a woman who has never committed a crime a day in her life and accuse her of stealing! I hear about racial profiling and I have never had to deal with it until now, I am disgusted! We work for our money and decided to spend our money with your company and your response it to treat us like criminals. If you do not want people of color in your store than you should have a sign or express this! I am upset that we had to go through this type of discrimination! Also there needs to be some type of training provided to your employees to not assume every black person is coming to steal!

I bought several items 1 didn’t work l took it back the next day you can’t get a refund you have to buy something else . I will not buy there again.

I love shopping here! It's decorated beautifully and right up my alley design wise, definitely heavy on rustic farm decor! I love knowing I'm supporting small businesses, as they sell a lot of locally made items..the candles and charcuterie boards are the best! If you haven't done a workshop here, you are missing out! They are so much fun!!!

Lost customer who recently moved to a new house and looking to decorate. Worst customer service ever. Had the store wrap a Christmas present for my wife, when they wrapped they chipped the item. On Christmas Day my wife opened the gift noticed the chip. When bringing the item back into the store the store took our item acknowledged it was likely done when they wrapped the item, but refused to do anything with replacing or giving credit for the item.We often enjoy shopping small businesses and have shopped here in the past. But we do expect better customer service than what we received today.Went to Gibson down the road to purchase the same item which was also $3 cheaper.

My wife went inside the store and her experience was not pleasant. She said the store was nice, home decor, candles, Knick knacks. However the issue was that there was a woman who worked in the store (long hair, was wearing bell bottoms) who followed her around the entire store essentially tracking her. She felt uncomfortable so she left and the woman followed her to the door. Made for a poor experience when she would have purchased items there.

Love this place for both shopping and creating! They have a fabulous gift shop that winds around the store with a great selection and good pricing. I have also done some workshops here, and my daughter has done some camps. The products we have created are both fabulous and so unique!!
