With 5 kids, we have a lot of opportunities for illness and injuries. This has been my go to for urgent care because of how fast we get in and out, have attentive nurses and staff who take the time to listen and really want to help, and how quickly they help get you out and any prescriptions or care you need.

They charge multiple times for the same thing and don’t keep their books straight. No one in the front office can help. No one in billing picks up the phone, terrible experience

Not pleased. I have a high ankle sprain (Creekstone didn't tell me this, I got a second opinion) and took over an hour for a nurse practitioner to wrap it in an ace bandage I could have done myself. Never spoke to a doctor once and I personally think if someone's foot is twice the size of their other one and they are visibly limping that they shouldn't be expected to walk out with a cloth on their ankle.I was told not to use a boot or crutches because it will heal in a week by Creekstone, later told it's a six week recovery and I need crutches. The day after my visit here I woke up with more pain in my ankle and larger swelling because I was told I could still walk on it. If your ankle is injured, please go see a podiatrist/ortho instead.

I have been to this location multiple times for many different reasons since they opened. Check in is easy, wait times are minimal, providers are wonderful. Same experience for my daughter any time she has gone there. My daughter and I have an immune deficiency so we don’t always fall under the same standard of care as a ‘normal’ person would. The providers have always been respectful and mindful of that when providing treatment for us. We definitely recommend Creekstone location!

I have visited twice and each time the staff was sweet and professional. They ask questions like they care and I always fee like I have been helped after I leave. I never have waited long to be seen and can easily make an appointment online.

My 80 yr old mother visited here on Saturday. Supposedly the doctor told her she needed a mammogram. I call to verify if an order was written or if they sent it to her regular doctor. No one can answer any thing because the person that does that is out today. Unbelievable

Gone waaaay downhill since Dukes is no longer a regular. Like pulling teeth to even get a school excuse.

I went there with pain in my knee. The lady that took me in the room and asked questions was unconcerned and uptight. The nurse despite me telling her how tight my leg muscles were and how bad my knee hurt just said it was inflammation and prescribed me prescription strength Aleve. Very dissatisfied so I had to go see my regular doctor who ordered an X-ray and prescribed a muscle relaxer. Only went to this location because the Jones Bridge location was moving and had taken down their X-ray machine. Never going to this location in Cumming again!! Not good medical service at all!! Just a waste of time and money!!

Made an appointment online and went in and there was nobody in the waiting room which was nice. Check in was quick and I didn't have to wait but a few minutes for a room. The provider was nice and thorough and I was out in about 29 minutes with a prescription. I hope I won't be back but it's not because the service was bad!

Dr. Dukes and staff are Outstanding.!!! Came in with Kidney stone pain, and was able to assist with reliving the pain I was experiencing. They are now my go to facility, Very Clean and just down the street.

This urgent care is amazing! The facility is clean and peaceful. The staff have always been friendly and the wait time is minimal. I am usually in and out within 45 min or less. I have had to come in for various reasons and the provider there is knowledgeable, professional and has excellent bed side manner. I highly recommend for any medical needs.

Unfortunately my whole family was infected by covid so naturally we went to get a test. It took about 10min & $165 to wait for the results of someone sticking a swab up my nose but I finally got it. However trying to get my results was a different story. I suggest not going her just for the fact that they would feather have their whole office infected then perfect their means of communication to send their patients their results. I can't see why they would you want a sick or injured patients to come all the way down there do get info about their visits when it was through a link to set up an appointment anyways. Now my job needs my first round of results and the only option is to infect a whole office as well as other patients just to get just that. Good to see where the offices priorities are

These folks are a Godsend. Took my wife there for what she thought was a sinus infection and not COVID. They gave her a 10-min COVID test, which was negative, confirmed a sinus infection, and sent her home with some antibiotics. Every person there was terrific! Whitney and Daniel were great. The NP Brooke was a very special person. I highly recommend them.

Phenomenal office, staff, nurses, and doctors! We have never had such a pleasant experience before anywhere else! The crew was so upbeat, positive, and happy to be there & helping which is such a change of pace this month.
