It is great to be able to work smd know that my puppy is do well cared for. When it I'd time to go to work, she is the first one at the door because she enjoys playing with her friends. Best of all when I pick her up from work, she is calm and relaxed. PetSuites is the BEST!!!!?

PetSuites is the only boarding facility I use for my senior cat. The cat boarding area is sound proofed, so she can not hear dogs barking. Each cat has a three level condo equipped with either a window or a TV. The staff members are awesome. Added bonus, she isn’t stressed, which means she doesn’t throw up when she comes home.

They were very nice to our little princess of a cat. You might want to consider bringing your own food as it is an additional fee to use their food. Overall a good experience.

I would have rated less than one star if it’s possible. Very untrustworthy place. I visited them personally in Nov first week to get tour and reserve luxury suite for my dog. After tour I asked person to book luxury suite for my dog from Dec 22 to Jan 2nd dates. He said don’t worry it’s all available and I can go home and book it online as there is lot of information. I need to fill.I went home and next day I booked luxury suite for my dates in Christmas. All went well and I paid deposit too. I got all confirmations for it. I was relaxed thinking that I am set for my vacation.But in first week of Dec I got text message saying that my reservation is cancelled and I don’t have reservation.I called pet suites and they said even if you were seeing confirmed reservation and even if you paid deposit , we have team who approves and deny reservation. I told her that why did you take deposit in that case? she said she will refund me that. And immediately I got message for refund.She said their luxury suite are all booked and if I want I can reserve classic suite . For time being I booked it and I started looking for other option in other places. I found luxury suite in puupy heaven so I cancelled my booking from petsuites.Never ever going to petsuites again. Extremely unreliable people.

My pup LOVES Pet Suites! So many dogs to play with and the staff is awesome. She is happy every time we visit! Would highly recommend.

Kingsley had such a great time today. We were so worried that he wouldn’t behave, but the wonderful staff at PetSuites took care of him. We did dog training and daycare today. He came home so tired but happy. Glad we gave it another chance.

I love it!!! my dog bailey went by there for boarding and OMG!!!! She had such a fun time!!! she ate all her food which she normally doesn't do when boarded but she did!! she played all the time and the staff helped her truly feel comfortable!!!

Very impressed with PetSuites!! The facility is super clean and the front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I brought in my very shy, allergic Great Dane for a long weekend. The staff immediately recognized his needs and took action! I was sent a very thorough written update with pictures. My nervous boy did not want to eat, but the staff went above and beyond to hand feed him. Thank you so much for taking care of my big, sweet boy!!

We used the puppy preschool service and it was amazing!! Sunny (our puppy) has LOVED getting to make all the new friends- dogs and humans! The workers love her so well and take the best care of her. One time she was having stomach issues and they immediately contacted us to let us know so we were aware. We never doubt she is in the best care!
