It was quick and easy.Staff are very friendly and approachable.The facility is under renovation.I’m hoping they will also change the chairs at the waiting room.They are mostly stained.

This was my first time going to this urgent care location, and I will definitely use them again. The whole staff was very pleasant and quick to get me back there. I left with answers, and they set me up with prescriptions to get me better. The fact that they were still friendly, even when dealing with a huge influx of sick people this time of year says a lot. Thank you for your time and care! I appreciate all that y'all do!

The service was terrific from beginning to end. The intake was professional and super nice person. The nurse and doctors made me feel super comfortable! I’m so glad and lucky to be able to receive medical care from Peachtree Immediate Care- John’s Creek. Awesome place!

needs updating and staff was not very friendly. You could tell neither the receptionist nor the PA was happy to be there.I got there at 7:30, left by 8;00 but wasn't aware the pharmacies were already closed. It would have been helpful for them to know or tell me so we could have asked for it to go to another location that was open. Instead I had to wait until the morning to get it filled.

Took my mom here Sunday. My feet stuck to the floor in exam room. The nurse took notes on her latexed glove on her hand. The man who looked at my mom was eating potato chips and drinking a mtn dew in the hallway. The xray machine was out of order. We ended up having to go somewhere else. Terrible all around.

I always try to go to this particular facility in the rare occasions when I've needed to go. And, while it's true that the wait can be long at times, the staff, from intake to the doc or PA are compassionate and thorough. I've always felt like I've been in the best of hands.

The nurse practitioner was so compassionate, caring, took the time needed, and listened! That is hard to find in this day and time, and I’m just so appreciative. She also helped me get covid results I needed for work in a timely manner which was a huge help. I will definitely be back because of her!

Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, from the receptionist to the Dr. The nurse who called me back has a great personality and you can tell she's good with people. The service was quick with little to no waiting. Will definitely visit this location again when needed.

My daughter 10 years had fever for a few days and we were worried. Very new to USA we were wondering where can we take her for treatment. We then found immediate care details on the net and took our daughter there as walk in. Hastle free registration process of noting our details we were tied to a doc immediately.Very patient and talented doctors and nursing staff too. My daughter asked me if we can come here itself the next time ,that says it all !

Doctor Halliburton-Foster is great! She was thorough and frank...which I definitely needed. She gave me 4 prescriptions and I've started to feel better already. I highly recommend her!

The RN Mrs Wilson took very good care of me. The Doctor was absolutely amazing and showed how much she cared. Even the receptionist was very patient. I recommend any and everybody to this doctors office! Their very genuine and attentive. Thank you for your service it meant a lot!

The doctors and nurses were WONDERFUL! The wait time extremely short. They listened, treated, and explained everything with ease. No question was ridiculed. The medicines are already working. I cannot thank them enough for their diagnosis. Thank you!
