Good Service. However, their customer service and billing department is extremely bad. Last year we had to test for covid twice with in 2 weeks. They charged $200 per person (total $600). However, Insurance covered both the tests. We tried contacting PCG molecular via email, talked to their billing department for more than 5 times. They have been of no help. They have not refunded our money.

The two young ladies working in this facility were top notch. After searching other places they were able to get me in and out without any issues. They even called me to let me know my results were in and they emailed them twice just to make sure I got them. A breath of fresh air compared to the other places with no customer service. A+++

I made an appointment ahead of time for the 24 hour test, when I got there she informed me that they were now gonna be only doing 48 hour turnarounds. Not super friendly would not recommend.

I couldn’t give less than one star for this terrible place. The staff is irresponsible and unaccountable. They were fine an year ago but have been very unprofessional and reckless lately.I had to wait literally for 2 hours + for my booster few weeks ago. I thought it was one bad day.I again went yesterday to get my daughter tested for Covid at 9:30AM. I’m still waiting for results as of 6 :15 pm today. I called 3 times so far to no avail. After my first call, they started looking for my daughter’s test and sent it to lab after 24 hours after our visit. Their inefficient staff seem to miss sending it yesterday. My third call was rudely hung up.Bottom line, do not waste your time going to PCG.

A lot faster than they used to be. Took my family and got in and out in 20 min. I have previously been to this location for testing and the time checking in was long. Now they do not have to update insurance, it is very quick. I come back to this location bc the results are reliable and fast for a PCR test.

I have been here twice for Covid testing and both times they have had very easy online sign up, it was easy to schedule an appointment, and both times I received my results in less than 24 hours.

Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. People are efficient and polite even when there is so much demand. Sure is spike periods it is very busy and can take longer. But what can you expect! Its Covid! Nothing is predictable.

Booked a Covid rapid test an November 18 for today at 9 a.m. Showed up today and was told they don't have any rapid testing - they're all out. Asked why we weren't contacted since that is what we specifically made an appointment for and was told "we don't call people." Really? Thank goodness we had a "Plan B" and are currently waiting outside of CVS for our test.

Daughter went on a Thursday waited for hours to be told come back at 4:30, came back to be told they are doing no more tests that day. Came back Friday a half hour before it opened, and waited 5 hours for her test, was told the results would be in, in 24 hours......we are not going on 96 hours later, she is past the quarantine period by CDC rules, and no results. Get your act together, and don't advertise things you can't deliver

Very professional and efficiently run. Best place in town for Covid testing or vaccinating with or WITHOUT an appointment. Thank you to all the staff for showing up everyday for all of us in need.

It was obvious that the facility was short-staffed due to covid but everyone moved quickly, professionally, and were extremely courteous to me and 88 yr old mom. We got results back quickly, which was important.

Booked a rapid test and arrived and the front check in lady very obviously doesn’t want her job. Her attitude and tone towards patients is uncalled for. Don’t book online it’s completely misleading and lacks all proper communication on what tests are actual available. When I told her they needed to fix their website so it’s not misleading patients, her response was “yeah we probably should……” This place needs to be shut down for poor practice and misleading.

Incredibly rude staff with bad attitudes. Unhelpful and didn't answer any questions. Rude to my daughter who was scared to get swabbed. Told 48 to 72 hrs for results.

WORST LAB EVER. My daughter waited on line for hours, and was given an number and told to come back. She came back at the time she was told, and was told "oh we're done for the day no more testing come back tomorrow." She comes back a half hour before they open and waited on line for FIVE HOURS. they finally get to her and she is told 24 hours for test results. a week later no test results, they don't answer the phone, they won't return calls. This is just a scam for them to make money being reimbursed by the government for tests avoid it like the plague

Getting tested for Covid is no fun, but I am grateful for PCG Molecular. I've been here twice now and both experiences were as good as it gets. You can make an appointment online, but they also accept walk-ins. I've done both. The people here are nice and get you in and out in under an hour. Amazing compared to other sites I've been to as well as ones I've heard about from friends. PCG is located inside The Collections at the old Earth Fare building. Plenty of parking and seating. Space is clean, too. Check-in is a breeze. They take your information then send you a text with a link to a form to fill out while you wait. They offer the nasal swab and saliva PCR tests as well as vaccines. Results are emailed to you within 24 hours. Both times my tests came back negative.
