Good Service. However, their customer service and billing department is extremely bad. Last year we had to test for covid twice with in 2 weeks. They charged $200 per person (total $600). However, Insurance covered both the tests. We tried contacting PCG molecular via email, talked to their billing department for more than 5 times. They have been of no help. They have not refunded our money.

This facility is one of the most efficient businesses I've had the pleasure to do business with in a very long time. Literally made an appointment, showed up, checked me in, administered the test and out the door all in about 10 minutes! Amazing

Please update your website because currently it lets you book an appointment and even gives you an email confirming it but when I called I was told that you’re only doing walk-ins. This is really annoying

This is the best testing site. Easy to get in and out on same day PCR testing with no appointments. Also results are in an hour at no cost to me. CVS and others charge extra $150+ for this PCR same day test results. It is also good for travel. I wish you put some advertisement in as I could not locate you in my Google search.

The customer service rep is terribly rude. Called twice yet will not receive a proper answer. The rep hung up while I was talking.

First time to get a covid test. Very well organized and the place is very big with high ceiling. The staff is very courteous and friendly.
