I ordered jalapeño bites and garden fresh veggie pizza large , there way to doing the pizza sucks and they did not even keep enough veggies in the large pizza and it taste horrible and I can’t even talk about jalapeño bites please don’t order this at all , I give 0 stars and won’t recommend to order at this location for

Consistently they are not making pizza properly for a few times. One time received with wrong toppings and one time no toppings on half of the pizza.

I placed a order with some friends at my friend’s apartment and we were refused service on delivery because apparently we stole to pizzas from the drivers at this apartment even tho it was built not to long ago, also we have never ordered pap johns here before. We decided to pickup in person and pay with cash but they still refused to serve us and couldn’t provided a receipt time data or any video footage to provide evidence. Moral of the story NEVER order from this location everything sucks the management the atmosphere, couldn’t try the food lol sure it was bad tho.

Ordered pizza for a party and after 30 minutes was called and told my order was cancelled due to apparent theft that my “exact address” has committed. I live in an apartment with 40 other units and 6 other buildings are apart of. I went up to the store with my wife and asked to see receipts or evidence showing our accused theft of pizza. We were refused any sort of help or answers to why we were refused service and accused of theft. While in this store we were told to leave and the manager threatened to call the police and accused of trespassing. We were given no corporate number or answers. The manager also lied and told us he could not print the receipts from our supposed stolen orders. Do not ever order from this place or even attempt to eat there. We recorded the entire interaction. Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, and above all else extremely ignorant of this location to accuse us of theft without probable cause.

Terrible service, Rude employees, the place was dirty and unclean. Refused to give me a receipt. When I asked for corporate number they refused to give it to me. Only to give the corporate number to a male friend that called over the phone. Incredibly disrespectful and rude. Sexist workers, laughed at me, refused to ever serve me again. Something definitely needs to change. New employees needed. save your time and money, not worth the attitude and disrespect. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

My best friend placed an order for pizza and was wrongly convicted of stealing 2 pizzas previously… They refused to give us any details or evidence of this claim and refused Pick Up, Refused Delivery. Ended up going in person to the store and the Manager was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. He immediately refused service to us (all three of us). He refused to give us the General Managers information, he refused to give us corporate information and number. Said he “wasn’t gonna go through the effort.”. He even said we were trying to “cover our tracks”, and then threatened to call the police. Absolutely terrible behavior. Terrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Went to place an order at a friends apartment at their BRAND NEW apartment. Our order was canceled in 5 mins and was then called by their store manager who said that 2 drivers had pizzas stolen from this exact address at the BRAND NEW apartment. Went in person to try and order and clear the air but was then refused service, was told “In the state of GA we don’t need to provide proof”, and was told we would be trespassed if we did not leave. First time ordering from here and will be my last.

Was laughed at by the employees, terrible service, wasn’t allowed to speak to the manager, and was not allowed the corporate number nor the general manager. Refused to give me a previous receipt. And then told me I had to leave or they would call the police and label me as trespassing, along with my other friends that were with me. So incredibly rude.

Terrible service, Rude employees, condescending, accusatory for no reason, completely unprofessional, refused service to me and all my friends over an empty accusation. They also laughed at us. So rude. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an order and they then called me because they have had 2 pizza orders stolen from them at MY EXACT ADRESS. Which is a lie. I've paid card every time and they claim I stole pizza from them. They said I am never allowed to order from them again. Complete bs. And an outright lie. I will be calling corporate over this and I pray to god they get shut down. Never order from them. This is an awful businessEDIT: went to the store to try and talk it out and get proof of the stolen food. Was told I would get the police called on us and we would be trespassed. Was also told "we get that you are trying to cover your tracks...". Complete bull crap. They would not provide corporate information as well as their general managers info. Never ordering from them again and have been in contact with corporate

Ordered a 6:30 timed order. I called the store at 6:45 to see where my order was. Rude lady told me it would be another 30 minutes. My order was an hour late. I have kids that eat dinner at a certain time because they have school. When a customer orders a timed order it goes over any other order. I delivered pizza for 10 years I know how it works . Do better papa johns.

Seriously the worst pizza I've had maybe ever. We usually order Marcos, but it's just around the corner, so my bf decided to order from Papa John's this time. It was almost cold and worse than just grabbing a frozen pizza from the Kroger next door. I honestly have no idea how they can actually stay in business. Disgusting.

I placed an order on January 11 and it took exactly 2 hours to bring it to my house. I made the claim and his manager called me the next day to make a refund. It's been 1 month and I'm still waiting for the refund.
