I am very happy and satisfied with the customer service at Omega. They fixed my bracelet superbly and cleaned/sparkled it to perfection. They even delivered my cell phone to my house this morning that I had left on their counter by mistake! Now that's service. They are so nice to work with. I enjoy every time I go there!

My husband picked out an absolute gorgeous anniversary ring that he gave me for our 50th anniversary. It is beautiful and I love it. Everyone at Omega makes it such a wonderful experience every time we’re in the store. I find something that I would love to have every time we’re there. The jewelry at Omega is stunning. Their pieces are unique and not like a lot of the cookie cutter stores that all have the basic Inventory. The value is excellent and I definitely feel like we get our moneys worth. The customer service is always above and beyond. I recommend omega to anyone who is looking for jewelry.

I took my wedding band, engagement ring and anniversary band in as I had not been able to wear them due to my knuckle getting larger. They were resized and they added little beads to keep the rings in place. When i received them back, they were just incredibly beautiful. Sparkling like new. Incredible work and customer service. Highly recommend.
