The old gentleman here is very responsible, he saw me walking around and came to ask me if I have any needs. And he is scanning those items on the shelf. And younger employees are also working seriously. It is managed well.

I had to use the restroom and they didn't have a restroom for customers. They only had a restroom for the employees only. What kind of customer service is that?

I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the (I believe) Assistant Manager, Ms. Arlene Riggs. I also purchased a year-long service contract, which I renewed a couple months ago...this, for any consultation needed re: my computer and tech services. I'm pleased with their ability to handle just about anything!

For my small business, OfficeMax has been perfect for everything I've needed to keep my office stocked and fully functional. My purchases have included pens, printer ink, post-it pads, paper, staples, some furniture, stamps, envelopes, and even my official notary stamp!I really like this store and its staff. Parking is a breeze and the location is prime!

Sent 24 self produced children’s books through their online system and on the day of pickup, I hear that the work, which looked perfect in the online booklet creator, was unprintable. Not sure what happened , as these were single image per page PDFs that print normally at home and everywhere else. The person I spoke to mentioned that there were some pages that had looked like they were going to have white space around the edges and looked somewhat imperfect… they are children designed booklets. Print them, staple them, take my money…. Not sure how this got so complicated. My heart is broken that these kids won’t get their published books, have their authors publishing party, or any holiday gift for their parents. What a huge waste of my time and their joy. Do not use this company for your print on demand needs. Should have paid attention to the other reviews
