Don't come here. I came with my son for shivers, headache, and vomiting. I came here around 10:30 and its 1:45 and we are still waiting. They called us 5 min back to take a swab, which could have been very well done when they were taking the vitals.Still waiting to see the doc.. I have been told I have 10 people ahead of me. I should have waited it out for the next day and gone to my regular doctor. The next thing I am, I am worried about the bill I will receive for this bad service

Today I had been to Emergency and they had taken care of everything in a snap. I am very much happy that I went to this Emergency room in the situation I was

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We try to avoid the ER at Northside Hospital because the Northside Emergency Associates billing is the absolute worst to deal with, and it never fails. Northside Hospital should find a new provider and these jokers should be investigated and shut down.

Wife was treated in Northside Forsyth ER. Never saw Dr. Pearson but was billed stating they were in charge. Went in for two staples for a cut and left there with a broken collar bone. Please do not use this facility ever.

Care given was superb. I paid the bills as they came in. Now, unexpectedly I get a collection notice in the mail for a 65 dollar bill I never recieved. Horrible billing policies. I would fire whoever is in charge of billing. Understanding that my dying cleaning bill is more than 65 per week, money is not the issue.PLEASE FIX YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. AND THE NUMBERS HANG UP ON YOU. MY GOD IM FRUSTRATED

[1st]-Not told they were out of our insurance network that's supposed to be covered at the hospital, and that they are allowed to charge and expect payments over and above out of pocket limits. [2nd]-send you to collections for bills you don't receive or know about. [3rd]-Insurance co unable to get corrective payment to them because of EMS account issues, so sent ck to us to pay with. Call for payment instructions & EMS gave me a phone number to call that doesn't even work from GA. Had to call again and fight to get a supervisor on the line who has given me an ATL address that "might" get the payment to them before they send account to another office in PA. Despite my effort to work with them over endless phone calls, it has been a absolutely horrendous experience dealing with them and this has been going on for almost 2 YEARS now. Unbelieveable!

Came in for an issue and everyone was great! Nurses were very friendly and attentive. They took me right back, setup some tests and were very professional.

So unorganized. Promised we would be done paying if we paid 900 upfront--which we did. Then got 2 bills, and 2 collections notices. One collections notice was for a bill we never even received. Talking to the billing department was not helpful, nor did they have the resources to assist us or let us know if any other medical bills were outstanding. I am shocked still about this. Visit in April, it's now august and I've paid 2k more than they "promised" i'd have to pay. Unreal.

This is not the place to go if you need help. The nurses often have bad attitudes and a terrible bedside manner. The doctors are ok but some of those nurses need to pick a new profession. Also loudly discussing a patients case at the nurses station where everybody in a near by room can hear it is a violation of hippaa.

Sat in the lobby fading in and out of consciousness for almost 3 hours waiting on "a room". Nurse actually had an attitude with me because I was so distraught. Finally got in a room. Nurse accused me of things I didn't do. Wouldn't give the meds I requested(I've been to the ER multiple times in my life for this issue, I know what helps it). Forced me to leave because I fell asleep in my room. Said "obviously your okay since you've stopped vomiting and fell asleep"....I was not feeling good, still was EXTREMELY nauseous because they never gave me the meds I requested(that work). Beyond the terrible experience I had at the ER, they took my co-pay on location and then never submitted the remaining costs to my insurance ...so.... I just received a bill from them for the remaining costs, totaling over $1000. And now I'm trying to get in their website for contact info and the page is down....now I'm here. I'd highly recommend avoiding this location unless your are near death(but be prepared to wait 3+ hours).
