We had been in the hunt for a house for over a year, and the patience level Toni has with clients is second to none! Toni was able to have us ready and waiting for the perfect house. We were able to close in 2 weeks and everything went smooth and simple. It was one of the factors in the seller accepting our offer….. I would recommend Northpoint to anyone shopping a mortgage company.
